Front desk customer service were not complimenting. 👎🏻 The building is in 3 floors. Average type rooms with balcony. The view from balcony is too good and I had a Peaceful stay here. Room rate was around 1800 for 2 person.

bed is too old and not comfy. the blanket was itching. stay is not recommended for family and couples. Door has a huge gap under it and we can hear everyone talking in next room.

Really bad and appalling experience, the manager Mr Santhosh is a person who has no ethics, and doesn't know the meaning of hospitality, not at all suggested for family stay! Do not book your stay here online even, they won't give you stay since they directly take bookings at a higher price and deny your online booking confirmation when you reach there. Please be aware of the fraudulent deals of this place. Thank you.

Very good and friendly staff... Rooms are neat and clean.. located at peaceful location . All rooms have a balcony and comes with a great view. Worth for money spent.

It looked good from the outside, the rooms were medium not big nor small either. Almost all the lodges in Kuttikanam are expensive, and the condition is poor and it's way better than those x I think they charged 1.5k for single bed.There is no food service here. The one thing i loved about the room is the view from the balcony, it's beautiful, you cannot see the sunrise though 😕.

Biglaand dew castle is one of the best resorts in Kuttikanam. Most of the rooms having balconies with a great view to the Kokkad Hills. Rooms are spacious and different sized rooms are also available with favorable prices. Surrounded with beautiful landscapes and also having a Bar-bee-que grill area with fire camp there.

Nice rooms super view from rooms but didn't got proper hot water when I was staying there due to some issues
