Thrisangu Haven Resort

A great location. 100%satisfied with the property location. If you are person looking for a perfect balanced climate , chilled , windy one, this is the best. And the resort u will never get any satisfactory service. Rooms are non maintained old furniture dirty. Total confusion. Only best thing is property situated in the best place in the Kerala. If you are person who need only the calm ,chilled great ambience this is best . Regret all resort side support ,maintenance,services etc.

Just used the restaurant. Food was eatable. Property is on a excellent location and with great view. Rooms were just average .standard facilities with clean toilets. Did not stay as we were looking for something better.

Had a great stay at here. The serene location and clean rooms were impressive. Special thanks to Shine for his good service and friendly approach, making the experience even better.

Even though the location and rooms are okey, the service was poor especially food. We ordered for about 34 people group including children @₹400 per person buffet by about 6 PM. After pool and camp fire activities, when we returned back at about 9 Pm for lunch, the prepared buffet was sufficient only for half of the group. And then they started preparing food. The service personnel were arguing that there were sufficient food and to watch CCTV as somebody had stolen the food. Majority of our group were elderly people and have restricted food. It was a pathetic experience. It will be better avoiding this resort… The name suggests… You will be in ‘Thrisangu’… not on earth, heaven or sky. No other alternative when trapped.

Stayed here for two days. Location isn’t so bad. Food was good and the service was average. The rooms were decent but definitely need a little bit more maintenance. Overall had a good stay!

Even though the location and rooms are okey, the service was poor especially food. No proffessional management of kitchen and service of food. Delay in room service is highlighted. The pool is well maintained and the better spot to enjoy here. The misty location overcomes all the negatives of this resort. Come and enjoy the vibe.

We recently stayed at Thrisangu Haven, and our experience was mixed. While the rooms were comfortable, the food and service fell short of expectations. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The service from the restaurant staff was also subpar. Despite its scenic location, the resort's shortcomings in these areas detracted from our overall stay.

Didn't like the food at all as it was not prepared fresh, barely I can give one staring for it. I paid nearly 5000Rs for dinner and breakfast for 4 people. Rooms and beds are very old and not even have good blanket
