Not enough water in swimming pool also they will allow us a little time to spend in pool. AC in room was not working properly, most of the time it was switched off automatically. They will only give priority to guests with family. Compliment breakfast also was not at expected level.We have to call room service number for any need again and again.....

Not a Good experience for me..... When we entered the room, wifi connection gone... So tv was not working... In the morning power supply gone... They didn't start the generator.... May be that will rectify later... Its good place to enjoy with family.... Pool was good.. Staffs are good... But no enough staffs to maintain this much big resort...

A well planned and built resort at Kuttikkanam which has good scope of developing into a fully functional hotel. Easily accessible in all kinds of vehicles. Ample parking area. The room inventory is also decent for a destination like Kuttikkanam. Well defined room categories, rooms with and without balcony, cottages. One of the few hotels in the area with a proper swimming pool. I'm yet to experience their restaurant and dining facilities.

Amazing place... Individual huts available. Rooms are kept clean... Staffs are really approachable. They guided for good places to visit with correct intervals so that we can visit maximum places. Pool is available... Very good ambience. Parking available... Good place for good pictures...

Rated 5Star coz of the friendly service & high gen rooms with lovely ambience that will swap your mood to into the wild or mountains are calling with the misty mothernature. Have been here more than 3 times and still Counting..!!

Good resorts for w family and calm nature. The management should take care of wifi network coz some times not working good. Also the delivery time and schedule for ordered dishes.

The staff are so rude and yells at customers for no reason! I would never recommend this place to anyone! The room is definitely good, but the people in charge makes it horrible to stay! Please find a better place if you want to enjoy your holidays
