Leleela - A Kumarakom Backwater Boutique Resort.

LeLeela Resort is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed at. The resort overlooks a serene lake, and we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a suite room that offered stunning views. The best part of our stay was the unique experience of having the entire resort to ourselves. My friend and I checked in around 7 pm when it was already dark, and we were the only guests there.||The food was delicious and was specially prepared just for us. A special shoutout to the staff member who waited on us and made sure we had everything we needed. The overall experience was great, and I only wish we could have stayed a bit longer. ||Definitely a memorable stay!

My recent experience at Le Leela was pleasant, but there is room for improvement. 1. Room Facilities: The absence of a full-length mirror was inconvenient, especially when the restroom was occupied, making it challenging to get ready. Additionally, no complimentary coffee, sugar, or milk sachets were provided, which are typically standard in similar establishments. 2. Restaurant Experience: The restaurant lacked air conditioning, and although it was explained as under maintenance, it seemed unusual to allow reservations without ensuring basic comfort. 3. Common Areas: The common areas require better maintenance and cleaning to enhance the overall guest experience. That said, the facilities provided are adequate and make for a decent weekend stay. With a few enhancements, Le Leela could deliver an even better experience

The other day, my husband and I had stayed in his suite room, there was a guy in the front office called Shyam, he treated us very well, he was with us and cleared every single thing, and even though he was serving food, he treated us in a good way and the food was good the next day. Even if it was kayaking, the guy was with us and from there even when it was time to check out, he kept saying Shyam till the time of sending us off. The person was there with us for everything. It's a good resort and its staff are like family members to us.

Well , good ambience, good location etc are comon now a days when it comes to high end holiday places. What surprised me more was the staff behaviour and their hospitality. From manager to all the staff made our two days stay so comfortable it will be in our memories for longer time. Food was very good and never found any inconveniences. It is a perfect place for the family and friends to have a Kerala trip.

I had booked the hotel in the Aug 2024 month to spend time with my family but to my surprize i found that we were the only one in the entire property. My experience for the initial 2 hours was nothing but horrible.||Here is my detailed review:||Location:|Location for the property is really good, Every room kind of has direct view to the sea but the pics provided in the Tripadvisor and other sites are very old possibly when it was newly opened. ||Property/Hotel Rooms:|Property really needs a major makeover and the staff there acknowledges the fact that they have been chasing the hotel owners but all requests are in vain. Washrooms have broken or leaky faucets, There is a backdoor to the washroom with no lock, its covered with filthy bedsheet, There is a stinking smell in the room when you enter the property and room.||Restaurant:|Doesnt seems like they have a working restaurant as there are no guests. Menu option provided was very poor and seems to be of a 2 star.||Pool:|No purficiation system enabled or turned ON which shows that there are leaves and dirt, Tiles are broken||Overall unless the property goes through a makeover it shouldnt be visited or booked in my view.

I have been visiting Alappuzha for many years. One of the topmost beautiful stays in Alappuzha offers a great ambiance, a stunning backwater view, and excellent hygiene. The staff’s behavior is commendable. We stayed in a suite room, and it was truly impressive. Special mention to Mr. Shayam from the resort team for providing top-tier service. The food is tasty, and the preparation is excellent. Within half an hour, you can visit Alappuzha’s famous destinations

Honestly this was one of the best stays I've ever had, the staff were just so welcoming and courteous. A special thank you to Geethu, who checked us in early and always spoke with a smile but well all the staff always spoke with a smile. I will choose this place over and over again just for the experience that they've given us. The property flaunts it's beauty with cute and tidy rooms that have very serene views while also offering free kayaking and fishing activities. You can rent e-cycles from the reception for a reasonable price. We really enjoyed cycling in and around the area because of the seclusion of the property. The property is a tucked away from the bustling town so having a driver or your own transport would serve best. The breakfast served was very homely and made fresh. Thank you Leleela for making Alleppey a new core memorable experience.

The property is very nice,scenic and peaceful. It's clean and well kept. The staff is very polite and helpful. There are limited options for food but the taste is good. All in all - value for money
