Very pleasant place for stay. Traditional house , backwater view, staffs everything is good. Especially night from this house is so beautiful. Breakfast is too good, we missed lunch since don’t any food outside had meal at stay it self Overall good for this cost,

We hosted a marriage reception event at Kovilakam Resort, Muhamma, on November 14. While the ambiance and venue were pleasant, we were deeply disappointed with the behavior and cooperation of the resort management. Despite paying a premium amount to rent the space, the service fell far short of expectations. As part of the package, we were provided a single complimentary room, but unfortunately, it was in an unacceptable condition—the toilet had not even been flushed. Additionally, we paid ₹5,000 each for two extra rooms, only to find them in the same unsatisfactory state. For the price charged, this was highly disappointing. There are many other resorts in the area that offer better lake-facing views and more professional management. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Kovilakam Resort for hosting any functions. Moreover, the resort owner’s rude and unprofessional attitude added to our dissatisfaction.

We rented this resort for a wedding reception as they introduced us that there they accommodate more than 500pax for early functions. But I can assure you that it's just for 150 pax not more than that. Very horrible to park the cars and no PUBLIC TOILETS 😕. JUST IMAGINE CHARGED A LOT AND NO COMMON TOILETS 😕. PLEASE DON'T GO FOR FUNCTION THERE 😢 🙏

A nice resort near Alappuzha on the opposite banks of Kumarakom, at the Vembanadu backwaters. This is located near Muhamma Boat Jetty. It has a great ambience for gatherings like marriage and othe parties.

Very Good place but the caretaker manoj is very rude. He is very adamant and is not willing to give wifi password for the customers. Wont recommend for people’s looking for peaceful holidays.

Located on the banks of veminaad lake with its own large lawns and greenery. Kumarakom is just a short boat ride away. Regular boats operated by Kerala Government at a very economical rate. It's a cosy large resort ideal for family outings and destination weddings.

Very Private place.. super Views.. good Rooms, good place to take Photos ... nice place to spend with limited crowds ( max 15 person only can stay at one day) very near to Muhamma Boat jetty can do Island visit through SWTD boats rs 100 per head also to kumarakom by Rs 16 per head 30 min Travel very near to this place... Back water Lake views are super. But ......

It was really a surprising place, we friends with six people really enjoyed this resort rooms ambience everything was a really awesome especially I need to mention about the service manager Mr Manoj what's a kind person to give a fantastic service and his colleague kitchen cookers was perparing a quality food for us.. surely I'll visit again with my family to give them a nice relaxing experience in their holidays.. I need to thank you the MD mam from her kindness and service...
