Lemon Tree Vembanad Lake Resort, Kerala

The resort is beautiful. Property has backwater. The staff is amazing and helpful. We had wonderful stay at the property. Food is also good. Ambience gives you the real feel of south Indian culture. Property location and ambience is different than conventional hotels. A must have experience.

The property is good, it's along the river side with great views. The staff is very friendly and all the services are good. Enjoyed our stay here. Food service is quick and good. Would recommend others to have a stay at this property. It's also near the city.

Expected much more as Lemon Tree’s name is associated with this property. It has it’s own pros and cons.|Pros first:|1) Nice swimming pool, gives infinity feeling as its on the banks of Vembanad Lake|2) Rooms are comfortable with nice sitting area, dressing area and nice shower too.|3) Its a vintage property so it can be a pros if someone is crazy about it.|Cons:|1) This property doesn’t have any gym and recreational area.|2) Bar is also not available and we couldn’t find any liquor shop in the close vicinity of this property. It gives an impression as if it’s a dry state but as per Google it’s not.|3) Restaurant is average , some of the staff is very good and they try their best to arrange things for you.|4) Location is not that Wow! Vembanad lake as well as Kerala’s backwaters are dying because of the menace of Samandar Sokh (Argyreia Speciosa) which is spreading fast and there are no visible efforts to curb its spread.|Overall Lemon Tree needs to do a lot to live upto it’s reputation.

Property is very nice and view from the rooms looks amazing in the morning. One thing that the rooms don't have balconies otherwise it will become the best stay in allepey with the backwater view. The staff was very helpful and they clicked some amazing pictures of ours.

We had a great visit. One of the best part of our trip was the stay at Lemon Tree Alleppey. We loved the ambience and the food. Rajesh was very helpful and polite. Place is beautiful, I would recommend this place to everyone visiting Alleppey...

Lemon tree Vembanad resort provided us with a great service although the food prices was high it was manageable. We had a great time in this resort and the pool was amazing too with quality view. There is one person in the review section spreading lies bout the pool being very low and his kids can even swim in the pool and shares a pic where the kids are standing at the least depth area of the pool…..bs.

After searching for numerous good backwater resorts we finally found the best one! Rooms are spacious and up to date with all the amenities. All the rooms offer the best backwater view. We booked a superior room but were provided a free upgrade by hotel staff based on availability, thanks to afsal! Infinity pool is well maintained. The resort also offers a majestic boat ride, which is chargeable. Spa services are great! Spa lady vrinda did great massage for my arm which instantly healed my months old arm and elbow pain. A huge thanks to her! They also provided baby cot for baby in restaurant as well as in the bedroom.

While I don't say this often, the stay here along with the rooms, the views from the room as well as the staff were all splendid. Very rarely do you come across such a 5 star experience and this place was just it! Thank you to Mr. Rajesh for also recommending a good & reliable guide to show us around town. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with awesome views, this is the place for you!
