The rooms were not very good. Food was ok ok. The swimming pool was not clean. The hotel is difficult to locate and reach, as it is off road. Hospitality was not up-to-date. Evening music was good. Electricity/power cut was frequent.

It was great experience to stay in spice jungle resort giving full difference experience in mid of lush greens and scenic views. Also, service offered was great for food and campfire along with good music to enjoyed at night.

This is GENUINE review. Very bad experience... Rooms were not clean, plumbing issues in the room, Service was good but not fulfill the priorities. We hvae booked 2 rooms for 2 days during dipavali 2024. We faced trouble during these two days. There was no intercom connection in the room. Water was stopped in the morning due to some reasons but couldn't start again till check out. Staff was supportive but trouble can not be solved. All over they need to improve their services. Hospitality was not good as compared to money which we have paid.

Very very bad experience... 1) Rooms were not clean, they promised at the time of booking they provide hot water for bath but water not received and same plumbing issues in the room, 2) Water was stopped in the morning due to some reasons but couldn't start again till check out. Staff was supportive but trouble can not be solved. All over they need to improve their services. 3) They promised they serve jain food but when we went in to restaurant they denied jain food. Hospitality was not good as compared to money which we have paid.

My recent stay at this hotel was highly disappointing. It is not suitable for families, as the mattress and room had a persistent unpleasant smell. The furniture is old and worn out, giving the entire place a shabby feel. Additionally, the pictures on booking sites and Google are misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the hotel. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The only good thing was the service and well mannered staffs

It was an amazing experience. I was traveling solo, and while traveling alone as a woman can sometimes feel risky, the hotel staff and service were excellent. They provided a vehicle for pick-up and drop-off, which made the journey even more comfortable and exciting.

Rooms were not clean and also shady, the service is very poor and the worst part is the food, it is also a bit pricey as what they provide for, there is no good view. And the only decent and swallowable food is dal khichadi
