Review: 2.5/5 Our experience at this hotel was below expectations. The ambiance was disappointing and far from what was portrayed online. It felt like an above-average hotel but certainly not worth the price we paid. We noticed a lack of communication between departments, especially the front office and restaurants. The front office staff seemed to have limited knowledge about the hotel amenities and food timings. Additionally, the in-room QR code for the spa was non-functional, which was inconvenient. On a positive note, the food was good, and the restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. Overall, while the dining experience was pleasant, the poor coordination and misleading online presentation left us dissatisfied with our stay. Thanks

I travelled with my mother and we both found the property and location quite good. But there were two shining stars for Vibe:|1. The hospitality - the staff were very nice and accommodating and made the stay comfortable. Special shoutout to Sachin Joy who was a real joy to talk to|2. The indian spread at the breakfast was amazing .

AC was extremely disappointing . Not at all cooling. The main reason I thought of is that everything here has been set to power save option, like motion sensor lights and what not. Same thing with the AC.i called the reception regarding the shit AC when I checked in , they sent someone in and they did something with their system and it was cool for a bit. There was a constant 24 degree on the screen however he said that it’s room temperature and the temp of ac has been set to 18. Big load of crap it was, the room temp only changed from 24 to 23. It was too hot at night making it difficult to sleep had to turn on fan to sleep. When I mentioned this to the reception in the morning, they were like why didn’t you call in the middle of the night when our sleep was disrupted, I mean we are not comfortable to bring in someone when we r half asleep. Why should there be a situation for me to call them !!! This is a 5 star spot , but I doubt it, extreme Disappointing, there are much better places in Munnar that provide exceptional service and rooms and excellent food compared to this so called “5 star hotel”. Waste of money and time and mental relaxation. Food was only AVERAGE, how bad is that! Overall a big crap experience, never going there again,

The room were very large with balcony. We had a Mountain View and it was lovely. The hotel was on the top and had lovely breeze . The staff went beyond their role to make guest feel at home. Breakfast was value for money and staff were attentive. Highly recommend this hotel .

While my overall experience at this hotel was fantastic, I did have one disappointing encounter. The female receptionist on the evening shift on November 11th, 2024, around 9:00 PM, was incredibly rude. I approached her with a simple inquiry about room options, but she seemed completely uninterested, offering curt responses and giving the impression that she didn’t want to assist at all. Her dismissive attitude was off-putting and stood in stark contrast to the otherwise excellent service. That said, the rest of my stay was nothing short of wonderful. The restaurant staff, housekeeping, and the male receptionists were all exceptional. They were professional, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was comfortable. The hotel's facilities and ambiance were also impressive, maintaining the high standards expected of a five-star property. I hope the hotel addresses this matter, as it is clear that the rest of the staff truly understands what great customer service should look like.

The pillows, blankets, and bed are the fluffiest I ever felt. The vibe here is amazing. And the view.. it's fabulous. The food is delicious. The pool and the whole resort is clean. People are enjoying their time here. This is the best place to come for relaxation and fun.

We enjoyed a lot and stay was good..Service was good. People are very friendly. We would recommend for couple stay and with family members. View from balcony was mesmerizing and room was clean and room service was good. Food was good.we had breakfast and there are many varieties which tasted good.
