Lovely place to stay with friends and family. The setting of the rooms is picturesque and comfortable. The in-house breakfast is very good. Hotel staff is very supportive as we had a celebration. They helped decorate the room and made the the arrangements. Ample parking and buddy service available

Munnar Tea County Resort: A Classic Stay with Modern Touches I recently stayed at Munnar Tea County Resort and had a pleasant experience. The premium room I booked was spacious, elegant and had a classic charm. Its central location in Munnar made it easy to explore the town. The rooms were clean and well-furnished, and the balcony provided a lovely view. However, the bathroom was notably small and congested, which could be improved. Additionally, considering the price of 9000 rupees per night, I was surprised that the resort did not provide a welcome drink or any special room decorations, which are often offered by other hotels at lower rates. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of delicious food, but the dinner buffet felt a bit overpriced for the limited selection. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The resort also has recreational facilities like billiards, table tennis, and carroms, along with a pleasant outdoor area for leisurely walks. Overall, Munnar Tea County Resort is a good choice for those seeking a classic, comfortable stay. However, if you're looking for a luxurious, modern hotel experience with all the amenities, it might not be the best fit. The value for money could be improved, especially considering the dinner buffet prices and the lack of certain amenities.

Beautiful location, excellent food and very welcoming staff. Though the resort is very close to munnar town but very peaceful. Complementary breakfast was good with good variety. We really cherish our two nights enjoyable stay. We would like to come back again.

We stayed here as part of a Mercury tour (Kerala Explorer) the hotel was beautifully maintained with stunning views of surrounding tea plantations. Food was served buffet style with plenty of options, staff were attentive & helpful. The main rooms were located away from the bay & restaurant area & the furthest rooms a lift was available. Be mindful you may be breathless if walking up the stairs to rooms this will be due to raise in altitude.

One of the best places where I stayed. It’s a perfect match for god’s own country. View, location, property all 5/5. Hope I can visit again someday. Rooms are awesome, food is tasty. Staffs are friendly and welcoming and professional. What else one can expect!!

Very nice stay and hospitality by staff. Everything was very nicely done and food was good. Though buffet breakfast may have some more options though overall it's very nice. People speak hindi and English very well so no problem for outsiders also.

This is such an atmospheric place to visit and to stay in. Full of charm, guests stay in linked buildings alongside a hill. The rooms are amazing - very large with colonial-style furniture. Very clean. (Efficient porters carry your luggage to your rooms on their heads). Brilliant views from my room. Food maybe a little limited, but enough choices for a vegetarian. An excellent stay.
