Remount 360 Resort

We were thoroughly disappointed with our stay due to the subpar service. Upon checking in, we found our room to be unclean, with evident signs of prior occupancy, including a used toilet that had not been properly sanitized. The flush was also inoperable. Furthermore, the bedsheets and blankets appeared to be used, which was unacceptable.worst of all, I woke up to the sound of rats. The staff's demeanor was arrogant and unhelpful. To make matters worse, the resort is not situated in Munnar, contrary to the advertisement.

I recently stayed at this resort, and unfortunately, it was a huge letdown.The resort is advertised as being close to Munnar, but it's actually quite far. The long drive to Munnar was inconvenient and added unnecessary time to our trip, which was disappointing.The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was far below expectations. The bathroom had stains, the bed linens seemed unwashed, and the general upkeep was lacking. It made the stay uncomfortable and unhygienic.We were hoping for the cool, refreshing climate typical of Munnar, but this resort is located in a warmer area with none of the famous Munnar chill. The heat made the stay less enjoyable.The pool area was a big disappointment. It is situated right next to a public road, which completely ruined the privacy and serene atmosphere and it felt unsafe and unpleasant.Overall, I would not recommend this resort. It didn’t live up to the expectations set by the photos and description. Wouldn’t return or suggest it to anyone.

Really had a bad experience here. Location was far away from munnar, climate was completely different from munnar. Rooms are not even hygienic with used washrooms while check in and no additional bedsheets were available.swimming pool is not usefull for families as located near roadside. Completely disappointed. Do not trust photos and vedeos.
