Overall the best place to stay in munnar. The conference hall is really useful and has a great view. The staff are so friendly and considerate. The rooms are really good. The food is really tasty. The parking is sufficient. Night walks outside the home can't be as practical, other than that everything is top notch.

We stayed there for 1 night. It is too expensive for the service and comfort. Rooms was clean and neat. But room service was very bad. If we ask some doubt to reception there was no response. They gave a tea which was very bad and cold. If we ask about it they didn't even respond for it. Suddenly a team started to do their prayer just outside our room in the morning at 6 a.m in a very louder voice. It was very bad. How can they disturb others like that. Let them do whatever they want inside their room why outside I don't know. Kids woke up and it was a mess Totally room is OK but very costly. No response

Rooms were fine and were proportional to the cost. There's a restaurant but it isn't functional. This place is good if you only want a place to stay. The staff and the security were kind and helpful from my experience. Parking space was also available. So if you want something like games and enjoy your time during your stay then it's better to book a resort. But if you only want a room to stay then this place will be fine which is cost effective.

The location is good, but the rooms and bathrooms have a terrible mouldy smell. We have taken a few photographs of uncleaned bedsheets and pillow covers but decided not to post them on social media. Very old and smelled of soke everywhere in room corridors،but the night in charge of the hotel was a respectful man with good hospitality. In short, perfect location with unprofessional management.

That hotel is best than any other hotels nearby, You can enjoy Beautiful landscapes of Munnar from it's Balcony, but it's situated at a distant place from the heart of the town. But if you like loneliness, it's best.
