Really enjoyed a lot. The staff was friendly, professional and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room is pretty cleaned and well maintained. The food overall experience was good but I found the chicken dish slightly less tender than expected.

Very nice and pleasant experience. Full marks to hospitality and warmth. * Nice location, near to market area. * Got an upgraded room free of cost. (With really nice view from window) * Complimentary evening tea and snacks. * Especially, like to mention an incident where we missed out on dinner and reached the kitchen really late (around 11 pm) while cooking staff had already left. But the kitchen staff helped us readily by bringing the toasted bread and butter-jam to our room. Thanks to Sharon and his team who are always looking to help the guests by going out of their way. * Good amenities and well-monitored cleanliness and hygiene managed by Mahalaxmi mam and her team. * Last but not least, Super-jolly Soumya always smiling and joking and making visitors comfortable. Overall a really friendly, courteous and liberal staff that adds to the pleasure of stays and leaves a mark on the trip memory.

I recently stayed at golden plaza , and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The check-in process was seamless, and we were greeted with warm smiles. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated with all the modern amenities you could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. We also had a stunning view of the city from our window, which was a pleasant surprise! The hotel's dining options were excellent. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious choices, catering to different tastes. The on-site restaurant served exquisite meals, and the service was impeccable. Location-wise, golden plaza is perfectly situated near key attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The concierge team was super helpful in giving us recommendations and booking tours. Overall, I can't recommend golden plaza enough. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel is a perfect choice. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

Pros: The food is good, and the service is above average. Cons: The bathrooms are acceptable, but the rooms need significant improvements, and the floor cleaning methods could be better. What I didn't like was that the hotel staff, instead of simply requesting an online review, pressured us to leave a review on the spot before we left.

We had a Fantastic stay at Grand Plaza munnar.We have stayed here for 2 days... The staffs are welcoming , friendly and courteous.The rooms are nice, clean and beautifully decorated and Room service is also very prompt.. The food served here are also delicious. Although as per the package we had breakfast included but we were offered hi tea and snacks complimentary for both the days and it was really nice and commendable. Overall had an exceptional stay along with great memories..

Average hotel. Location is fine with river view and mountains. In Breakfast you find different types of variety. Staff was good but service is not good. There is a issue with hot water. I have called 3 time for hot water,i waited 45min in bathroom but not get any update from them.

The rooms are good and clean. Sufficient for 2 people and the view is also beautiful. We had breakfast and dinner in our package and everything was amazing and they had a lot of variety in the buffet as well. Overall a great experience with them!
