Very good hotel at such a nice location. Room service is also very good. Rooms were clean and tidy. But the mattress in the room was very hard, but everything else was good. Highly recommend stay in Munnar

We can't give zero or minus star otherwise I will give minus star. All reviews on this hotel are paid and fake. we two family stayed there for 2 days....totally rubbish hotel. No cleaning of rooms. Hotel has no restaurant and only give 2 item in breakfast and that two item idly and sambhar are also totally tasteless and unhealthy, we all fell ill after eating food. No juice or bread butter in breakfast. photos of that hotel and actual rooms are quite different. Rooms are very narrow and congested, dirty and bathroom smell of bed shitty odour. Pillows and bedsheet smell like rotten meat or fishes. Don't Don't go there

Great hotel with great service, best location and great rooms. It's actually best location in centre of city The staff is very helpful and cooperative. I will recommend 100% this property for great and comfortable stay.

Visited there before enquired the price qnd all but after reached their premises its changed. The way to the hotel is also very difficult to cross. Parking is also allted near the chutch only .

Here We Got Best Experience For Living.. The Views Are Excellent From this Property. Staff Is Also Very Good.They Provide Complementary Breakfast. Must Visit.

🏕️Even if it is the closest resort to Munnar city....wide parking, being at the highest height we can enjoy the beauty of Munnar town, the best place to stay with family, the staffs are friendly. Thanks Carmel Top🙏🏻

Probably the best location to stay in Munnar...the location itself is worth the money you'd spend on this hotel. Less than 300mtrs from the city market. The staff is great and the receptionist is also friendly. Definitely booking it the next time I make my visit to munnar.

Rooms are very neat and clean and the bathrooms were huge service was also amazing apart from this the breakfast of the hotel is must try authentic flavours of south dishes 🫡
