Crown valley Thekkady

Location is okay and rooms are also fine.. Service and staff are extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. Food was nice with good variety and mix of south and north Indian food. The servers are very caring and offered great service. They made our dinning experience enjoyable. Overall we had nice experience!

The overall stay was good situated at good location with allover greenery in the surroundings. The resort consist both types of stay - hotel and resort with spacious villas.. well maintained. The view from the roof top restaurant is just breathtaking. The little improvement required is with the breakfast taste and variety and service should be little fast for the villa rooms.

The hotel was great in a nice and quiet location. The service was good, a bit slow at times but it could also be because of rush hours. There is also a small gym facility besides the swimming pool which is good to have. The only complaint we had was a weird smell coming from the bathroom.

We had an exceptional stay at CROWN VALLEY Everything about this place exceeded our expectations, but what truly stood out was Room 407. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and offered breathtaking views that made our mornings special. The attention to detail in the décor and amenities created a cozy, luxurious atmosphere that was hard to leave. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of our visit was perfect. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and quality. All staff are well trained food are very good, We can’t wait to return!

We had a good experience in Crown Valley Thekkady. The rooms are well appointed, and the spacious balconies are a big plus point. However, their villas are at a distance from the reception area and guests need to navigate multiple flights of stairs to access them. This could be an issue for the elderly or physically challenged, specially when it is raining. Otherwise, the experience was good, and dining at their roof top restaurant Clouds In was a pleasure!

Very beautiful property with so many food options. Room was clean and tidy with all basic amenities. Food on the open roof restaurant was really good. Fast room service. Excellent staff.

Wonderful stay.. beautiful resort, excellent staff who is very courteous and ready to help, sumptuous food in breakfast and dinner..this resort ticks almost on everything. Special shout out to Abdul Samad and his team at restaurant. I'll recommend to everyone looking for a quality time with comfort.

Had an amazing experience! Staff was super warm & friendly. Good food, they were accomodative of our requests as well (we did an early checkout so they kindly packed breakfast for us) Definitely recommended!
