This coffee plantation is a terrific place to stay. The grounds are beautiful, situated on a lake and surrounded by banana trees and coffee trees. The rooms are spacious. The staff is helpful and kind. They seemed to anticipate any need you had. Need more bottled water? They delivered it in an instant. The food is plentiful and delicious.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Rock villas cottage , Niyatma Resort in wayanad with my family, and it was an exceptional experience. The resort was impeccably clean, and the service was truly outstanding. The food was nothing short of amazing, and every meal was a delight. Resort was located inside coffee plantation with so much greenery. I was particularly impressed by the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff, who made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway!

A great resort with wide range of rooms category offering different views. Service is best in class. Food is great and prepared fresh. Sunil from staff is always there to take care of guests. Parking is available plenty. Ramps are created for wheelchair to Egyptian cottages facing aqua pond with ducks. Room sizes are huge and so are bed sizes also. Reason for one less star is below:- 1. Resort should have battery two wheelers for guests to explore the coffee plantations 2. The road from main gate of the resort to parking can be made levelled or cemented for ease of driving. Overall a very good property to stay and it’s a great value for money.

We recently stayed at the Egyptian Villa, Aquafront, and Wooden Deluxe at Niyatma in Wayanad, and it was a great experience. The staff were very friendly and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. However, we did notice a few areas for improvement. The pool could benefit from better maintenance and could be slightly larger to align with the overall high standards of the property. Additionally, the bathroom water quality needs attention, as it appeared unfiltered and discolored. The campfire experience could also be made more engaging and enjoyable. Lastly, the access to the resort could be improved, as the current route is quite challenging; leveling the pathway or making necessary adjustments would enhance the convenience for guests. Despite these minor issues, our stay was delightful, and we would highly recommend Niyatma to travelers seeking a serene retreat with excellent service.

Great place with amazing rooms and service. Had a wonderful experience here. They provide activities such as boating, outdoor and indoor games, public pool, restaurant with event hall etc. They provide rooms with private pool which is great for people who need to chill in private. I'm not giving 5 star because there was electricity issue in the room I stayed and I hope the problem has already been resolved. Keep it up team Niyatma 👍

nice experience; Value for money property though not an ultra premium one; Has basic amenities; A kettle could have been added to the room; The property has 3 natural ponds and is situated in a coffee plantation; Its serene; Restaurant functions as per booking only ; Decently priced menu; Buffet breakfast is good but not luxurious; Bathroom water has some discolouration; Staff was courteous; Overall pleasant experience and recommendable;
