Vantage's Seagull Resort

Hi guys, im sharing my own experience for vantage seagull resort, We were 5 memebers we have stayed for two nights and three days. We all have stayed in a A frame with adding an additional bed, A Frame was very neat and well maintained and its quite new one. we personally preferred to stay this type of different structure than regular cottage so we were completely satisfied with this resort. A decent swimming was an added advantage for us to chill out and to enjoy the view from the pool. Service was not the best, but it was good the person who is incharge of this service (Jerrin bro) he was more helpful and bro was very cool type, we throughly enjoyed without any disturbance. I recently had the misfortune of staying at Vintage Seagull Resort, and I can confidently say it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The customer service was abysmal from start to finish. Communication with the staff was a nightmare; they were rude, unhelpful, and seemed completely uninterested in addressing any concerns. To make matters worse, the staff had the audacity to shout at visitors for playing music. It’s supposed to be a relaxing vacation spot, yet we were treated like criminals for trying to enjoy ourselves. The level of misbehavior from the staff was shocking and unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Vintage Seagull Resort at all costs. There are plenty of other places that value their customers and provide a pleasant experience. This resort is not one of them.

I recently had an appalling experience at Seagull Resort. The customer service was absolutely atrocious. The staff were incredibly rude, shouting at guests and using extremely offensive language. They displayed a complete lack of manners and professionalism. It's beyond me how such behavior is tolerated in any hospitality setting. If you're considering staying at Seagull Resort, I strongly advise against it. This place is a complete disaster. Do yourself a favor and avoid this awful resort at all costs. Save your money and your sanity—choose somewhere else!

The resort was truly an extraordinary place we had booked the resort for 2 nights, amazing experience, truly heavenly. The view from the room + outside was quite something ✨ Rooms were great, private property with a great pool, great service! Cons were there was no hot water available we had to shower in cold water which was inconvenient. Dinner service has not started yet as it is a newly opened resort Over-all Breakfast was great, budget friendly, truly a 5star experience. If you wish to have a private get away with friends or colleagues this is the one.

Good and clean rooms. We booked the complete facility for a group checkin. The A frame cabins can easily accommodate 4-5 people. The rooms are new and fresh. Pool is also adequate.

During my recent stay at Seagull Resort, Wayanad , had an absolutely delightful experience. The resort's picturesque location amidst lush greenery and serene surroundings was truly mesmerising. The staffs went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The swimming pool was well-maintained.The staff's attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction was commendable.

Don't choose this place for your vacation. Can't call this as a resort. We had a terrible experience in this place. One night without light and fan, heater. Nothing is there to attract you. It's a local setup. Don't go here with family. 😡
