The rooms are no way near resort quality: * bath rooms were dark with poor lighting and didn't offer the basic privacy with broken windows and window mesh with holes that let insects in * lots of ants in the toilet bowl * Not all rooms have TV and the rooms that had TV didn't work They are way too overpriced for the quality they offer with the rooms. The room service is non-existent with nobody answering the phone, we had to walk all the way to the reception to get some extra towels. In terms of food, they only offer buffet even though they have an alacarte menu. They were unable to handle a full lunch hall and people have to wait a long time to get food refilled and it was very frustrating. They are way too under-staffed in the kitchen. The children's play area was decent. The game room is functional and music/dance for kids was enjoyable. The location is beautiful and serene with a river nearby (30mins drive) for some water play. The food itself was quite good and tasty - we tried lunch, dinner and breakfast. Again, it's overpriced for the buffet spread they offer.

A well laid out resort. Suitable for large groups. The place has a new management now. Mr. Tony Singh took care of our family group very well. He arranged everything for us with a smile on his face. There is a big hall with all equipments for a fun time with mic, music player, etc.. You also have lots of indoor and outdoor games option. Only negative in the entire stay is room service, which is almost non existent, We waited a half day to get extra beds and one room was cleaned 4 hours after our check-in.

It's located in a very serene and quiet place. Very beautiful atmosphere and infrastructure . But the spoiler is the service. Very worse. And for 3500 per day. It's not worth it. Food was also very normal. No basic amenities. Poorly maintained. They have to really work on it. If they are charging so high for nothing. They should be able to maintain it too.

We had our college friends and family meet at Vision Nature. It is a real nice and clean place. No complaints. Raghu and Lakshmi Narayanan took care of us very well. It would have been even more nice, if the recreational activities for children were fully functional.

Such beautiful location. This is on a foothill of one of the mountains of amazing Nilgiri range. Spacious and clean rooms and bathrooms. Clean and calm surroundings. Nice food. The can improve on their resourcing to serve the visitors better.

Very decently maintained rooms and restrooms. The common areas could use some sprucing up. Nothing much to do around, great place to relax, very serene. They're backed by a good genset and so power issues aren't there. This time of the year the pool was empty. Their game room just has a ping pong table, carrom, badly maintained ping pong bats...

Very quiet and large facility. Least maintained, the pillows provided were "Horrible". Highly Priced. Food tastes good. But surely no value for money. Just enjoyed the quietness which we miss a lot in the metro life.

Nice Location. Poorly maintained. Ill equipped kitchen and severe staff shortage. Pool is in ruins for ages. Walls and door frames have termites. Better management can turn this around.
