Had a fantastic time at Greenland resort. The location is beautiful, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and there were plenty of activities to enjoy. The food was excellent too! Definitely recommend for a relaxing getaway. Will be back!

Rooms are good. We are all bachelors. They accepted 5 members in a single room. We are comfortable with their services. But need to improve some food facilities in the hotel. For bachelor it's good, when we go there with family food is more important. Near by there are some small small hotels, so we went there & done our dinner. Management to improve some facilities. That's it. From Coimbatore'nga 👑🤟🏻

We stayed at Greenland Resort on July 27th, 2024, after making a last-minute phone booking. The receptionist informed us that only one room was available, a triple-occupancy room that could accommodate three adults and a child. Despite being only two guests, we booked the room due to limited options that weekend. Upon arrival at 6 PM, we were disappointed to find that the 'big room' was merely an average double room without a window. The room service was unimpressive, and when we requested a room change, the attendant claimed all other rooms were occupied. We cannot comment on other rooms, but we advise against ground floor rooms, as they guarantee a late night's sleep and an early morning checkout. Our ratings: Pros: - Location: 4/5 - Parking: 3/5 - Cleanliness: 4/5 - Phone booking: 3/5 Cons: - Not a resort: 1/5 - Ground floor rooms: 1/5 - Limited food options: 1/5 - No recepts or billing: 1/5

Rooms were neat and clean. Even though on prior requests we were not provided with breakfast. No hot water facility was available in such expensive hotel

Worst kind of food experience and they will say it as a complimentary breakfast with limited food which doesn't fulfill the meaning of breakfast and food taste was okayyy and mentioning in prior it will be a veg breakfast that tooo with a only two items ie:idly and sambar and nothing else.dont get fooled with their words. The resort is more or less of 7/8kms from the main falls.so do plan accordingly!! Finally choose this stay as your last preference in a while.

A good resort. Stayed on A shaped cottage room and it was satisfactory and used their pool too Room service and food they provided was good
