The most terrible experience I have ever had in a hotel. Don’t get fooled by the reviews, they are Pre Covid and new mgmt have assumed charge and the resort has opened only 1.5 months back. Our booking (I, wife, Parents and a 2 year old kid) was made through Thomas Cook and before coming we checked the reviews and assumed it to be a good one. However, when we checked in, the hotel was completely isolated (ekdam veeraan) and had a deserted look. We enquired about the occupancy and we were informed that they have opened 9 cottages and all are full. However, after eating lunch, we were asked to order for dinner as they bring only limited supplies. I got a bit suspicious. However, we went for sightseeing and when we returned there was only our family in the Hotel. The hotel staff told us that few guests have gone out, few have ordered room service and few are about to check in. We had our food as per our order that we gave at noon. By then one young couple also came in the dining area and after we finished eating, they said that they were waiting for us to finish as they are scared to go to their rooms as there is no one in the resort. By that time, there was no one at the reception and only 1/2 staff in restaurant. We walked together to our rooms, but they were too scared to go to their room. All the other rooms had their light on, so we randomly knocked upon 2-3 rooms continuously but did not get any reply. It seems that the staff had deliberately did so to give a false impression about Hotel occupancy. We were both calling our respective agents and advising them for hotel change at the earliest. However, we did not get any hotel at the night. We moved to our respective rooms and by great difficulty passed the night. The first thing that we did in the morning was to change our Hotel.||If you are alone or a small family, pl pl do not stay here. It’s almost ghostly. There is 1 security guard who would take your luggage, there is no one at the reception after 10 pm and the resort gives a feel that it is locked after 10 pm and all the staff leave the hotel. |There is severe staff shortage and the resort is in dire need of maintenance. ||Pl pl pl … stay here at your own risk

They have just opened 2 weeks back after 2 years of Shutdown. They need time to recover their old ratings as currently very limited staff. Maintenance and Kitchen needs immediate attention. Very good for nature lovers. Awesome place if you looking for privacy.

Please don't get perpetual by the reviews as they were written before pandemic. Its been 2 months after reopening, we stayed for 2days, had a torrid time in terms of service, food variety, safety, hot water issues.running the show with 6 staff including manager is not worth at all.|feel sorry for the manager who works round the clock to keep things at place(even for food order we have to call him over phone). They have serious serious staff shortage. Just one staff to manage dining.|8.30 am breakfast buffet was not ready, although limited variety available, quantity was not enough for around 20 people who were hurrying for early checkout. few left the hall without eating.|Lid of underground water tank adjacent to swimming pool was unattended and left open, inspite of warning the aftermath of danger for kids, it was left open on my 2nd day too.|Room and bathroom are spacious. Jacuzzi available in all rooms, though hot water was not available during our need.|My kids are allergic to dust. Extra blanket and pillow was too dusty that i needed to give them nebulizer intermittently.|Front desk staffs are polite and friendly.|Kind attention to the management |

Had terrible experience. Though the rooms and views are nice, service was appalling. No phone to call reception or room service, had to walk 500 mtrs to speak with the reception. First TV wasn't working, then no hot water and as a final touch power went down by 8 PM and never came back throughout the course of night. Don't fall for this resort just by seeing the photos & amenities in google.

Huge resort, premium vibes and a great location to stay and enjoy. The food area is big and the variety of food available is plenty, fresh and healthy. They have small size villas to stay which are beautifully build and the interiors are gorgeous. The bathroom is amazingly spacious with bathtub and huge shower head. The villa is so clean and premium. Resort has its own lake and the a clean maintained swimming pool. The place is just serene and unbelievably gorgeous. Every penny spent is worth here.

Well, although a supposedly peak season, probably because of the recent floods the tourism in Kerala has taken a hit. With hardly any occupancy, kind of had the resort to ourselves. 😀 Hospitality was superb with polite and helpful staff. Food was good. Although no buffet due to low occupancy, we were allowed to order pretty much anything on the menu. They even took care of a special request of cooking 'Ada', coconut- palm sugar stuffing in a rice pancake during breakfast. Thanks for that. As far as the property goes, it's a huge perty with around 20 cottages and a private lake. Great spacious rooms with a jaccuzi in each room and an amazing view to go with. Blissful!! The complementary spice plantation tour is interesting. Had a great time. Thank you team and keep up the good work!

A t plantation resort and they also have an artificial lake running through the ravine.I had a pleasant stay , the staff are very courteous and hospitable , and willing to help with any tourist destination or amenities that u need , A special mention to mister Rajan amongst the restaurant members always reminding us to have a wholesome meal before heading out somewhere! The rooms are well lit with provided wifi and television and outdoor deck with a wonderful view and lastly the bathrooms have a jacuzzi plus showers to the side quite spacious I should say and relaxing!
