Very bad experience. service is not good. And morning break fast also not good. Totally disappointed

Pros : it is a very good location and outside view of all villas are very beautiful. Nice and very scenic location close to the nature Cons : Service is not good. They will say Yes to everything and then forget it. Remind them twice - yet no action. Remind them 4-5 times, then probably they might do the task. TV remote did not work, mosquito coil not given, commode seat missing in both bathrooms, and fitted only after asking. Dinner was brought at 10:30 PM when we ordered at 7 PM.

The location is pretty good & the cottages are really nice! Should hire more caretakers & should also keep more clean! Otherwise, the experience was super good🤌🏻

Beware, Full on extortion !!! We booked the resort 2 weeks prior for a long weekend at discounted price. One day before our trip, these guys increased the price almost 2x and cancelled our bookings and asked us to complain to agoda and get refund. They spoiled our vacation plan !

Resort is inside village which is so far, no nearby facilities. Drinking water facility is not there and no Breakfast / meals included. Power cut during night for 2-3 hours minimum. No nearby hotels.Cost of the food from hotels is very high along with delivery fees charged(minimum 300-400). While booking they mentioned about private stream, actually nothing was there. It's inside pozhuthana village and no nearby facilities. To travel anywhere minimum 30-35 minutes is required.

I stayed here with Family on 24th December 2022. We have not got the one bedroom cottage that was booked. They made us wait for 30 minutes, first they have shown a house with three sides surrounded by mud wall, we have not agreed for that. Then given another house with 2bedroom which was a like a homestay. The reason told was strange that the guests who was staying in our cottage extended the stay. This shows the unprofessionalism. There is no restaurant or kitchen in the premises,food was delivered from some hotel nearby which was not good. TV was not working, they told adapter has issues and not fixed till we checked out. They should understand a simple fact that booked rooms should be provided to the guest and all the committed amenities should work. The location and ambience is good however not managed properly. Price is also high, doesn't worth more than Rs. 2000/-. Overall experience was bad and wont recommend this.

Good resort clam & quiet location, Ac not required that much cool inside the rooms. Service was excellent especially Manager Mr Praveen outstanding guy... Problems r stray dogs roaming all around , same front side landscaping to be arranged at backyard also .. while open my window saw ashes of burnt waste.

Separate villas available. Can have camp fire , bbq etc. Safe for families.
