Have stayed here thrice once with family and twice with friends while at Pulppally. Within one kilometer from the town and ksrtc stand. Spacious ac rooms with balcony(upstairs) and non ac rooms downstairs. Wash rooms are neat and well maintained. Spacious parking, a small hall for organizing parties, campfire and barbecue facilities etc are available. There is a big enough pool which is maintained superbly. Can spent the days in this pool with your kids and/or friends to relax from daily stress. One slight issue we faced is with the food as they have not yet set up a restaurant. But if informed earlier the management offered us to arrange for food. This totally depends on the number of guests, food preferred etc it seems.Overall a nice budget place that offers a luxurious stay. Contact Mr Eldho for any further queries.

An excellent space to chill out with a cup of coffee and a romantic novel in hand . Super silent space to feel relaxed with the well maintained and super good swimming pool . Really appreciate Mr Eldho for taking care of us and making us feel like home !!!!!

Myself and friends recently had the pleasure of staying at wynvilla farm stay in Wayanad, and it was truly exceptional. The location is closer to Pulpally town but very quiet once youe enter the property . The food was remarkably fresh (on request and not a restaurant) creating a homely atmosphere that made the stay even more delightful. The property also has a decent Pool surrounded by trees. Rooms are neat and surroundings are also well maintained.The owner and care taker Sachu ensures that you have a good stay. I will recommend Wynvilla for a peaceful stay and will return again.

If you're visiting Pulpally (Near Sultan Bathery )this is a great spot to stay.It's on the edge of town but you can TukTuk into the centre within 15 minutes.Clean rooms and a really friendly host.I like very much . And I like pool it's so good 💯 😊💕

Very calm and quite place near pulpally town.We enjoyed the pool also. Room rent is lesser when you book directly than booking from online sites.

Just 2km from pulpally town. Very calm and quiet place. Service of the staffs are good. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Restaurant service are not available. Party hall and kitchen available. Wide parking also available. Loved it🤗

A good place to stay inside a coffee plantation. Stayed there for couple of days and the stay was calm. Rooms and bathrooms were really clean. Sachu will give you Black coffee in the morning if you need. Its nice to take a walk around the plantation.There is no kitchen or other amenities. There are good small restaurants to eat in and around.
