Theyila Wayanad

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Theyila Wayanad with our family of 14, ranging from age 5 to 74. We booked 4 cottages, and each one was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with private pools and lovely plantation views. The resort is peaceful and perfect for families. The staff were warm and helpful, and they made sure everyone—from kids to elders—was comfortable. The food was tasty, and the whole place felt calm and relaxing. It’s close to some great sightseeing spots, but honestly, just staying at the resort was a highlight. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet, family-friendly getaway in Wayanad.

We had a wonderful stay at Theyila Resort. The property is beautifully maintained, with charming cottages that perfectly blend comfort and nature. The lush green areas are very well cared for, creating a refreshing and serene environment all around. The swimming pool is clean and inviting, adding to the overall relaxing vibe. The staff is extremely courteous and always ready to help, which made the experience even more pleasant. The location itself is amazing – peaceful, scenic, and an ideal getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life.

It is way within a tea estate, so there is no noise or traffic of any kind. The place's biggest selling point is that it is small with 6 cottages and the standard amenities. The staff here are super friendly, always smiling and ready to help you with any request within reason. The food here is ordered from nearby restaurants as they do not have an in-house kitchen. But that was also delicious and convenient in a way as they have a ton of options for restaurants as well. We ordered Veg so food was not a problem. I would go here again and again not only for the place but the service and staff are so good, It's there biggest selling point. I hope you guys keep up the same quality.

We had such a wonderful bachelor trip. This place was really amazing and completely disconnected from busy life. Located in a nice tea plantation setting, provided with games, pool, and well maintained villas. Service was excellent and staff were super friendly. Highly recommended from families, couples, solo and friends.

Excellent Property. The Resort is very beautiful, right in the middle of Tea and Coffee plantations. Rooms were clean and towels fresh. The breakfast was Kerala cuisine which is what we expected. The owner Joseph and his wife are very down to earth while ensuring the class that is expected from the resort. Staff were extremely friendly. Totally enjoyed our stay.
