Absolutely loved my stay at Issacs Hotel The Resort in Sulthan Bathery! The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, truly making me feel right at home. Rooms were spotless and super comfy, and the food was delicious. Highly recommend this charming spot!

I stayed at this hotel recently during a work trip, and the experience was bad. The room provided was completely different from what was shown on the booking site. The images online were misleading, and the actual room was poorly maintained. The washroom was also not clean and did not meet even basic hygiene standards. It was disappointing to see such a mismatch between the advertised facilities and the reality. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the cleanliness, maintenance, and transparency of their listings.

Rooms aren’t great! Dont trust MMT images and information, it is all wrong there. No wifi in the property. Bad condition bathrooms, swimming pool is full of chlorine, cant play for more than 10 min because of chlorine. Staff is good and friendly. Location is inside a marketplace. Please consider before you book the place.

Nice and clean rooms. Pleasent atmosphere and good staff and the location is in the middle of the town and closer to theater and hospital.even they have bar facilities also.

Don't be puzzled by the name "The Resort" is the name of the Hotel and this is probably the oldest in town for amenities. You will find spacious rooms and a very neat restaurant for families and bachelors alike. The only challenge is the bar on the same building but the management has done their best to restrict any hassles from people from the bar. The location of the hotel is the best and since they do not have many rooms, it usually gets filled in fast.

I stayed here last week for two days and I have to say the rooms you are getting here is impeccable compared to the price. One more thing which surprised me is the hotel staffs. They are very friendly, listens to every query and always smiling. The hotel is in the middle of Bathery market in which you can shop and eat local cuisines. The hotel also provides good food at reasonable price. I’ll suggest you should check them.
