I had a wonderful stay at the resort! The location was serene and beautifully maintained. The staff were extremely courteous, helpful, and made us feel truly welcomed. The room was clean, spacious. The food at the restaurant was not well, but ok. Overall, it was a peaceful and relaxing experience. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable getaway!

0/5 stars: COMPLETE DISASTER My experience at this resort was a nightmare from start to finish. They showed us fake pictures during booking, completely misrepresenting the actual condition of the rooms and facilities. When we arrived, the reality was shocking. The rooms were cramped, dirty, and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, the staff was utterly irresponsible and unhelpful. There was no TV, no AC, and we couldn't even lock the door - it was jammed. We had to quarrel with the staff at 1:00 AM just to get some basic issues addressed. The whole experience felt like a scam. Avoid this resort at all costs. Don't believe the pictures, don't trust their promises. You'll regret it if you do.

Unfortunately, my stay at this resort was a huge disappointment. The staff seemed completely uninterested and irresponsible, which set the tone for the rest of my stay. The place lacked basic hygiene, and I was shocked to see worms in the area.How can we sleep in room which has many worms roaming around?They were not even ready to give us another room. So we had no choice but to stay at a nearby homestay to spend that night.The AC was also not working. The rooms were also cramped and not spacious at all. Overall, I would not recommend this resort to anyone. There are far better options available that prioritize cleanliness and guest comfort.

Rooms were average with old-fashioned facilities. Breakfast had very limited options — only two varieties: Puttu with Chana Masala and Bread with Jam and Butter, with an additional boiled egg. We paid ₹1100 per person, which did not seem worth it. The pool was good, but the overall ambiance was just average.

*0/5 stars: AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE* "My experience at this resort was an unmitigated disaster. The staff's complete lack of responsibility and care was staggering. The filth and neglect were palpable, with worms infesting the area - a clear sign of severe hygiene issues. The rooms were claustrophobic and utterly uninviting. Unless you enjoy miserable service, squalid conditions, and a healthy dose of regret, stay far, far away from this dump. Trust me, you won't recover from the trauma. Zero stars isn't enough for this catastrophe."

The resort really blew us away. Staying in the treehouse was such a cool experience, and the location is just right for a weekend escape. One of the best resorts in Wayanad and Sulthan Bathery. The staff went the extra mile to make our stay unforgettable.
