Good ambience. Near about from Bathery. Budget friendly resort. Safe, neat and tidey. Nice food. Highlight is their hospitality. I wish Three Roots expands very soon.

Three roots restaurant was GOOD & we had a jolly good time there.I went with my family & the stay was comfortable. The ambience was awesome.The swimming pool was well -maintained.There were small shelters ( huts) made out of hay in the park area.That was pretty good & with the surroundings of lawn it gave a wonderful look.There was a watch tower (tree house)& we enjoyed climbing it.Best of all is,the weather cooperated well, with mild showers then & there-Thank God! * Quality Food was served & the taste was delicious 😋 Thus it was a happy & enjoyable trip for us.Thanks to Three Roots restaurant & their team!

It’s a small, cozy and clean property, if you are looking for a 1-night stay, but if you are planning for a longer stay, I wouldn’t recommend this property. There isn’t much to do. They don’t have their own restaurant, so having dinner/lunch may seem more of hassle. Either you have to order from outside, or go out, or pack and bring. This place nicely located far from hustle bustle of the city, so you have to drive back to city for food. So plan accordingly. They offer nice hot ginger tea as welcome drink. When I arrived room was not provided with towels, toiletries, I had to call and ask for, otherwise hospitality was good.

Hey viewers..... So it all started as we were travellers and at midnight around 3am was searching for family budgeting resort's including the pool and all the curricular activities. All amenities were available including the indoor and outdoor games 🎯💯🩷😚 ♟️ chess, carrom, badminton 🏸, pool party 🥳🎉, dj night, karaoke 🎤🎶, rain 🌧️☔ dance, amazing professional chef's food were available including the excellent hospitality.

This place is the best place I've been. It doesn't look as advertised... It looks better!!!!! This place is heaven. So quiet, so green, the people there will make you feel like family. They are so kind and warm and lovely. I was really sad to go. You get fresh breakfast in the morning, everyday something different and delicious. The pool is fantastic, they have hot water in the bathroom, you have a kettle in your room, there is drinkable water in every corner, the bed is soooo comfy (I had the best sleep there) and so much more! it's a walking distance from the city, but you don't have to walk because there are many rickshaws and taxis. The food in the city is amazing and there are deliveries so you could just stay in. The public transport is great as well and very close. The Safari is really close as well.

Booked here through horizon finder They charged me a 3500 for one room and at the time of chekin noticed its a non ac room Power failure in the night more than 10 times they have not automated genereted system so first two time strted the generatore but after athat no generatore , need to wait for the power came back Pool is over clorinated not able to spent more than half an hour Also its located in a residencial area But good behaved staff and managment Brakfast is also good 👍

Stayed here this long weekend. It is a small resort in a beautiful location at Sultan Bathery. The rooms are decent and some have balconies as well. The report has a small but we'll maintained pool and nice surroundings. The only problem here is that it only serves breakfast and tea and coffee. The food option is not there though the provide you with menu card of e nearby decent restaurant. What makes this report special is Sandhya and her team. They greet you with a smile and are always there to serve you well. Excellent service and support, all with a smile.
