Green Villa Resort

A great place to stay with family and friends. If you are planning for a forest safari at Muthanga this home stay could be helpful as it is just 5km from the spot. Its cheap compared to other accommodations near by. The rooms and services are super good. The staff will arrange all the necessary stuffs to you. The breakfast was tasty.

Good and neat place, beautiful location, no service, no teapoy is in the room. It's very close to muthanga forest. NO TV, wifi, food, there's many maintenance required, now price wise too high, the same price or lesser price we will get good hotels

a very memorable stay! lovely & calm. abutting reserve forest with wild animals. tree houses are excellent. well maintained with A class facilities. homely nostalgic food by experts. will again come soon with family.

It was a peaceful resort with Greenery And at low budget. There received like a relatives At back which amazing Greenery. Simply very best resort at low cost 😊

Pros:It was an awesome stay experience..Very clean place and they served lunch, dinner with dishes we wanted, but need to inform in the morning. Good parking space, this villa has 10 rooms with all balcony attached, rent rates and food rates are also reasonable compared to other places, very polite staff and even attended all our needs without any hesitation. I had leg pain and they made hot water and gave many times,even hot water for bath whenever we needed. Breakfast is complimentary. They served tasty kerala food especially chick curry was too good, appam green peas and tea, coffee whenever we wanted. Cons: No TV and WiFi but this was actually good for us and spent time well with family, no geysers in rooms but there are solar panels which provide hot water in bathroom taps, when there are rains they get you hot water to your bathrooms whenever needed.I would recommend to all this place as I really felt at home.

The home stay was good and reasonable, tried calling many hotels and could not get due to high demand and also prices are hiked 1:10 also..but luckily I got this for reasonable price, and requested for dinner preparation...it was just like mom cooked...it was so super with taste...I recommend people can visit this place and also request for dinner...we asked for refined oil as coconut oil may not be readjusted...as requested they have cooked..heartly thanks for owner of the facility for caring of the days spent...

Awesome Serviced Villa located near the Muthanga Wildlife Sanctuary, Outstanding Hospitality by the Host Mrs.Geetha, nestled in a Paddy Field, Good Traditional Kerala Style Food, Well maintained Spacious Rooms with Balcony, Clean Washrooms, Not much Activity in the property, No TV in the property(its required) if Couples travelling as they would be bored in the room||||In short a good place to hangout with a group of friends

A homestay type accomodation, located near NH 766, a few kilometres away from MUTHANGA check post. Rooms are neatly maintained. Food is available on demand. Parking is ambient.
