Saptha Resort and Spa

I have visited Saptha Resort and Spa in Wayanad twice. My first experience was memorable, but my recent visit left me disappointed.The quality of service has unfortunately declined. The staff seemed uninterested, and the General Manager, a lady currently in the role, was particularly rude and unprofessional. She didn’t treat guests with the warmth and respect one expects at a resort of this caliber, and she seemed unfamiliar with basic hospitality standards.||||One bright spot was the Head of HR, Thoufeek, who was highly professional, respectful, and attentive to guest needs. I have a lot of respect for him and appreciate his courteous and welcoming approach .

My experience at Saptha Resort and Spa was exceptional. Upon arrival, I was greeted with outstanding service; the staff was not only friendly but also highly attentive, ensuring I felt at home. The room was tastefully decorated and provided remarkable comfort, complemented by a breathtaking view that enhanced my overall experience. The on-site restaurant served a delightful range of dishes, and the amenities, such as the spa and pool, were of the highest quality. The kids' zone Play area and library were also impressive. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable getaway. I look forward to returning in the future.

Just stayed there for 1 night and the experience was amazing, I highly recommend Saptha Resort and Spa to people who have their budget of ₹5000+/room. Although this was my first resort visit, I would love.to visit again and experience all of the facilities once again. The food was the main highlight and I loved it, they had buffet at night and morning and it was amazing, there was also a magician who performed some magic tricks and it was interesting to see them. There is a lot to see there and I highly recommend people to go there and experience it at least once

Saptha was a great stay! We had a great welcoming and the staff were amazing! It is surrounded by farms which was a breath of fresh air! Over all great stay would recommend!

Good service and good atmosphere.|Meet one Mr. Magician Rajesh Wonder full person. He show some magic and tricks. Rooms are very clean and neet.|For dinner there is good food and desserts. The beverage for dinner is not available is only I feel bad. Kids playing area is not good.

Though the property is very scenic, the staff was extremely RUDE. Had gone with friends to hang out and take some pics amidst the lush greens and have refreshments at the restaurant DESPITE knowing their food was average at best…having stayed here before, and didn’t find the experience good enough to recommend others..even the spa is average.. What tipped the scale from bad to worse was the behaviour of the ground staff..We were totally grossed out as the staff kept interrogating us of our intentions as though we were some freeloaders! Sure shot way to drive off prospective guests & their families. With such a good property it would have been nice if the management hired some hospitable & courteous staff.

Very Nice ambience. Make our mind refreshing. So good service. Tasty food. The magic show was very beautiful and exciting.Really all will love this place. This is a place where all people should come with their family and can also be suggested to others
