NillWe recently stayed at Kedara Village Resort, checking in on the evening of November 23rd and checking out the following morning. We opted for this resort primarily to enjoy the pool, especially given the budget-friendly fare of 8000 INR for a two-bedroom villa. Unfortunately, our pool experience was far from what we had hoped for. Upon arriving and immediately heading to the pool in our swimwear, we were greeted with unclear, murky water. This was a huge disappointment, as we had been looking forward to a refreshing swim. When we raised the issue with the resort management, they explained that the water was unclear due to other guests using the pool just before us. However, the pool wasn't located in a paddy field where it could naturally cloud up like rice water after a use. After some back-and-forth, the maintenance team began filtering the pool water, which ultimately delayed our pool use by about an hour and a half. While they did attempt to resolve the issue, the initial condition of the pool was unacceptable. The bottom of the pool was not visible. We have attached photos of the pool's water during both check-in and check-out for reference. We hope the management takes steps to improve the pool's maintenance, as it was a major letdown during our stay. While the villa itself was comfortable, the primary reason for our visit – the pool – was a significant disappointment.

NillResort with no hot water, no wifi, not enough food etc... etc.... Iam telling this very sadly but frankly.. They need money.. money...only. When we reach there, first they're asking full payment. Dinner told buffet, but chicken curry they served gravy with two small pieces. Nothing more. Breakfast also insufficient. They have no hesitation to tell the guests ഫുഡ് തീർന്നു . What a Campfire...ahha.. litting some dry leaves and dried bamboo pieces, they called campfire. മൊത്തത്തിൽ പറഞ്ഞാൽ ശോകം .....

NillAbsolutely enchanted by this place, a perfect blend of town proximity and nature's embrace. The treehouse stay was magical. My only concern, hot water availability, was promptly addressed. The culinary delights were exquisite, and the ambiance, truly sublime. A flawless retreat!

NillChecked in on a weekday, around 7:00pm ist, staff were drunk and the service was average. Accessibility was not easy as was told by the hotel staff. Room tariffs were high, we got into a Non A/c Room for Rs. 3500, and was not worth it. Breakfast was fine. Our overall experience was not as pleasant as is expected from the google reviews. Edit - Replying to the owner. Regardless of how you say it was when we left the place, our experience is our own. And everything i have mentioned here has been clearly described over our phone call.
