Beautiful get away from Trivandrum, set in the lap of nature, best for small get togethers or family outing. River goes through the property and there is a lovely pool also. Food, furniture,rooms, balcony,service all very good. No complaints and all praise.

A very nice and quiet place in the middle of a 100 acre estate. The cottages are located near a nice river bank with access to the river. Note that there is no air conditioning in rooms, but not mentioning it here as a problem, the ambience and environment is cool enough for people to handle. The limited number of cottages (5) happens to be a control mechanism for over crowding. Overall had a good experience.

The ambience is amazing, and the property is very well-maintained. Its unique selling point is having Kallar passing right in front of the property. Overall, it's a great property, and the staff are also very courteous. To the management, please consider adding air conditioning, as it gets too hot at night. I was sweating insanely.

This was definitely a highlight of my tour of India! The location is a beautiful tropical paradise with amazing views every way you turn! It is peaceful, quiet, and a perfect way to spend a few days unwinding. I want to give extra notice to the service of the place though. They arranged everything I needed including a tour of the area and the food was SUPERB! I have a lot of dietary restrictions and they still made a beautiful meal each morning and evening for me. The staff is helpful and welcoming. The pool was clean and refreshing. I didn't use it, but they even have fire pits area for family. I was travelling alone but felt safe and comfortable the entire stay. I would definitely return!

The place is calm and quiet. Rooms are clean and neat. But for the pricing, rooms are not worth it. Food is very expensive. Location is on the way to ponmudy. This is a private property so you can relax if want no disturbances.

A hidden gem that I can't wait to come back to! Visited from Gurgaon with family (and an infant) on the recommendation of a family memeber and this was a phenomenal experience that I will come back for every chance I get. The rooms are well equipped and very luxurious with an attached (small) pool. The views of the forest and the sounds of the nearby stream from the room were highlights for me! The final stretch of the road in the rubber plantation is a little rocky but definitely worth putting up with (less than 5 minutes!) Although the beds have mosquito nets, which do the job well, I can recommend coming prepared with mosquito repellant/ odomos cream if you're like me (prepared for ANYTHING) A unique thing about the resort is that it's also pet friendly and is home to abandoned and injured dogs and pups! (Separate enclosure for them so as to not interrupt guests) We even spotted peacocks and other birds which was a delight (and such a rare occurrence these days in the city) The service staff is the crowning jewel to all this with attentive staff that is exceptionally well trained and easily rivals 5 star hotels of the world! The barbeque in the evening was lavish, picturesque and thoroughly enjoyed by my entire party. Thank you Nasim and team (sorry if i got his name wrong) The other meals during the day especially breakfast would once again put 5 star hotels to shame! It was unfortunate that I only got to spend one night here but I will be returning very very soon!

We had a get together of 12 couples , all 60 plus or on wrong side of 50 whole day. Excellent location, super food and to top it the service was top class and their team took care of all.our needs. Highly recommended
