Lagoona Beach Resort

The resort was awesome, very spacious for any occasion to organize. The resort is situated in a scenic place between backwaters and sea, lovely representation of God's own country. The ambience was phenomenon, clean and tidy, vast parking space, with huge lawn. The restaurant was authentic with tasty cuisine. I, along with my classmates had a lovely remarkable day at Lagoona Resort. The staffs have been so humble, their hospitality was so admirable. Thank Lagoona.

Good resort with backwaters view. Beach is only accessible through boats that the hotel arranges...beach is not safe to swim. The resort is very spacious and beautiful.Breakfast option is available but the quality is poor.They almost serve the same thing everyday.Kovalam main beach is also little far from the place.If you want to visit a good Resort with a great view, please visit.

I had the misfortune of staying at Lagoona Beach Resort and it was hands-down the worst experience of my life. The rooms were tiny and dirty, with no attention to cleanliness or maintenance. The customer service was abysmal, with staff being completely unhelpful and unresponsive. The food was a disaster, with options being limited and of poor quality. I've never had such a terrible experience at a hotel in my life. Avoid Lagoona Beach Resort at all costs. The hotel's management clearly doesn't care about providing a good experience for their guests. Save yourself the trouble and choose a different hotel.

The room was quite small, and the sheets we were given had dirt on them. The AC was very noisy, forcing us to wake up several times at night to turn it off. In the morning, the floor was wet from the AC, which was inconvenient. While the view from the room was superb, and the kids' playground was a nice feature, the food was disappointing and could use a lot of improvement.

The resort is located outside of Kovalam and has very good views and facilities. The pool was clean,the kids play area was good and the complimentary breakfast was also satisfactory. The room was clean and spacious however lacked few basic things like kettle,dustbins. The staff and service provided were very good.

Rooms are not good quality. The jets were leaking, telecom was broken, fan regulator was missing. Cleanliness was not good. Had very bad experience with food. I ordered veg biryani and got non veg. Don’t order in-house. The location and outdoor view is lovely. They arrange boat for transfer to beach which is complimentary. They lack amenities like ayurvedic massage, activity room, also their pool is very small. For a resort all these amenities are necessary. The staff was good.

We booked this resort for our office's Onam celebration, and it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. The resort management had double-booked the venue for another team at the same time without informing us, which caused a lot of confusion and inconvenience. The service was terrible; they served different items than what we had ordered. We had also booked two rooms, and the air conditioning in one of the rooms was not working, which made our stay uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the staff's behavior was rude and unprofessional , adding to our frustration. Overall, we had a very poor experience and do not recommend this resort to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free event.

Nice and scenic place with a calm background. Good food, lot of parking and good lawn. Needs improvement in service and customer attention. There must have been a roofed set up to sit and enjoy the view near the sea and have food and beverage.
