Theeram Agro Farm Hill Resort

We were a group of 8 friends and it was a perfect place for us. The turf and the pool really good. The overall ambience was great. We were on a very tight budget and this place offered a real value for money deal and also the staff was very friendly.

They provide affordable price but service is not good during check out head cook & MD chetta reduce the money so we satisfied but during check in there is a no cleanliness & bad smell is found so we request a room spray but service boy is came next day itself only. So we disappointed remaining place is fantastic swimming pool is not satisfied our expectation. Need to clean.

I recently stayed at Theeram agro Resort and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. The overall condition of the room was poor, with the toilet and bathroom emitting an unpleasant smell. The TV didn't work properly, and there was no fridge in the room. The furniture was in bad shape, and the bedsheets and pillow covers looked unclean and uninviting. The food was very bad, and the prices were excessively high for what was offered. While the ambiance might suit bachelors, it is definitely not suitable for families. The only positive aspect of the stay was the view from the resort, which was quite nice. However, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Theeram Resort for a family stay.

We had the worst experience faced in the resort, such a poor service work, please if some one searching this resort don't book if you are reading this review 1. Food quality not good average only 2.shiju is incharge for all serviceses totally bad and have very bad attitude over guest 3.bathroom and maintanence too bad Charging for evey single thing

Should not miss this property if you are in vagamon. The approach road is a mud track, which is the only negative to be pointed out, but the view that you get and the way the property is handled by the staff more than makes up for it. The mud track won't be an issue unless you are a novice driver, any car can get through it, even a 17 seater traveller which we were travelling in. Any vehicle that is bigger would be a problem. It is located on top of a hill, which is very tall and there are other hills near it. They have built the property in such a way that you can view the valley very easily while standing in front of your room. You can see the misty clouds below you which is an amazing sight. The food options are limited, but some of the dishes they make especially the chicken fry are lip smacking. They staff are very accommodating and don't order you around regarding check in and check out timings. They are very open to listen to your needs. They ask you upfront about your dinner and lunch requirements. The cost is also very reasonable to begin with. They also have contacts with local Jeep Safari and will arrange the same at a very reasonable cost if asked. Even if you are in a private vehicle, I would recommend to take the Jeep Safari which helps you explore some places in vagamon that are not reachable unless you are a skilled off roader in a capable off road vehicle. Overall an amazing experience.

Very Good place especially view point calm and quiet atmosphere, tasty foods and staff services also good. Neat and tidy rooms and natural water facilities.
