Our stay at Finex Luxe was comfortable, and the rooms were quite spacious. However, we felt that the resort is not value for money as the rate is quite high compared to the facilities provided. The outdoor space is inadequate for relaxation and children's activities. The swimming pool is designed for adults, with no dedicated area for kids. Additionally, the barbecue space is quite small, and there is a dog cage with a dog inside, which may not be ideal for all guests. The courtyard area is also quite limited. Overall, while the indoor experience was pleasant, the outdoor amenities could be improved to justify the price.

We stayed here last weekend, and unfortunately, our experience was not up to expectations. There was no one to welcome us upon arrival, and despite the check-in time being 2 PM, our rooms were not ready. It was clear that the property was severely understaffed, with only two employees managing everything. While they were extremely courteous and hardworking, the lack of sufficient staff led to delays and inconvenience. The location might be good, but the management needs to improve their service and staffing to provide a better experience for guests. Would not recommend unless these issues are addressed.
