HIMASAILAM RESORT

We were a group of 16 people, including 3 kids, and at the time of check-in, our rooms were allocated on different floors and opposite sides of the property, which was initially quite disappointing. However, when I raised this concern with the staff in charge, they responded very calmly and did their best to accommodate our request even though the resort was fully booked. This effort left a very positive impression on us. The team was extremely supportive and attentive to all our needs. I honestly didn’t expect such excellent customer service from the hotel. All the staff members were incredibly cooperative. One instance that really stood out was when we were late in placing our dinner order. The team arranged food from outside for us and even allowed us to dine in their restaurant. Their staff cleaned the plates for us without hesitation, which was truly appreciated. Another memorable gesture was during our visit to Thangal Rock. It suddenly started raining, and all of us, including the kids, returned to the hotel completely drenched. When we requested a room just to change, they happily offered us one with a smile. Such a small gesture earned our deep respect and admiration for their service. Thank you to the entire team at Himashailam Resort. We are fully satisfied with your hospitality and would definitely recommend your property to others.

We had a wonderful experience staying in this hotel. We were 7 members and took the family suite. The manager was too friendly. We had requested for veg only meals. They had served veg meals all the time. Place is centre for all prime locations

**A Perfect Getaway for Family and Friends!** Recently stayed at Himasailam resort in Vagamon . And Overall, it was a memorable experience rooms also clean and neatness. The location is very beautiful view, Greenery. The staff was incredibly courteous, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. it's like a pure heaven.

Great place to stay.. We were 3 families with six adults and a kid.. We booked 3 rooms here.. Food - They offer good tasty food at their restaurant. It tasted much better than the fancy restaurants in vagamon! Rooms - Rooms were clean. We had very nice views from our balcony.. It was exciting to stay here. They had a pool too, but we didn't use it. Service - The staffs were very friendly.. They made all transport arrangements for local tour and sight seeing They also helped us to stay at a room even after the check out time, till our cab arrived.. Loved the place!!

The room was pleasant and hygienic with a beautiful balcony view . I enjoyed the food and the staff were respectful and caring. There is a beautiful swimming pool and a firecamp at night .
