This people trying cheap tricks like charging you for upper floor rooms and try to accommodate on the ground floor. As some reviews already mentioned, they tried the same trick with me but I have WhatsApp confirmation and demanded for upper floor room, finally after 20 minutes arguments they provided the same room that I have booked Rooms are spacious and furniture looks good, washroom accessories also nice Rooms doesn’t have blackout curtains so Mountain View rooms getting direct sun exposure which disturbs your morning sleep Water pressure to overhead shower is not stable so the mixer value button keeps off automatically Entire property floor not cleaned for days Bed lining looks old and stained Price too high for this type of property

Stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised. Spacious, clean rooms with good bathrooms. The food was excellent, and the staff were courteous. Ample parking and a good balcony with a view. While one side offered a great view, the other was average. The lift was out of order, but with only two floors, it wasn't a major issue. The indoor playroom and outdoor play area were a nice touch for families.

A really nice place to stay if you want to experience thick misty atmosphere and have stunning views of the mountains. We got to have deliciously made food that will suit anybody. The rooms itself are really cozy. Overall it’s was a great experience.

Couldnt be better.. We stayed for 2n, 3 days in deluxe suite with balcony.. gr8 view.. Rooms, bath well maintained..staff very cooperative.. Food (lunch, dinner) has to be ordered in advance (understandable from location and amount angle.. ONE should never waste food, right)? ONLY Drawback was - no desserts, ice-creams etc.. Weather was just mild chilling.. no sweaters needed in end Dec.

We went to Nakshatra Resort with high expectations we stayed there for two days, but we didn't get as much as we thought, Their food as well as the room was very good.Really it is the only reason that my mind where not bored . we get the feeling of mist only when we come out, our resort. No one should book there by looking at its reviews and photos on Google. Ambience is not as shown in the photos. It is located in a very isolated place.The resort is surrounded by many small resorts and when we look out from our balcony we see the crowded people and their noise, traffic etc. we did not get a feeling that we had gone to Vagamon and stayed at a resort there.If the hospitality and customer care of staffs, Resort ambiance are tried to be a little bit more, the customer will get a referral feeling otherwise it feels like a normal hotel and not a four star resort.

The experience was very very good. It’s a must stay in Vagamon. Went into the resort with a lot of expectation and came out even happier. Their rooms are good. Spacious and clean. Their service is prompt. Fast and friendly. Thing to note is that only the Mountain View room has the view. Deluxe room on the ground has a screen covering the parking lot to which it faces which can improve a lot if they take it off. The deluxe room on the first floor also only has a view of the parking. Improvement area: 1. During the check in time. Staff can explain how the enimities work and the time for breakfast and any additional points specific to their property. 2. Breakfast could have been better. Don’t get me wrong they have a lot of things to try. But some of the things in menu could have been better. 3 Lacking a pool for all the other things they offer. Even without the pool. I can see this facility becoming the top in Vagamon and expect them to gain some stars.

Very spacious room. Excellent bathroom and shower. Lovely mountain views - especially from the restaurant. Service could be improved - breakfast was delayed and took a long time to finalise check out. Food was tasty though and good choices for breakfast.

Peaceful place with good access to all major attractions. Pretty new rooms, kept clean with lovely views of mountains and tea plantations. The staff is very helpful and makes your stay a pleasant one. Amble parking space. They have a spacious restaurant with decent dishes. Restaurant service can be improved a bit. Highly recommended for families and couples.
