The place is very remote and difficult to reach by car. They didn't provide any utilities. The main sink in the hall area doesn't have a waste pipe. The complete water spread in the hall. All the toilet seats are broken. I visited the same property last year and the toilet seats are still the same broken. Both floors

I stayed there on 24/05/24 after seeing Google reviews, Recent Reviews are full of Negative which hesitate me to book. After reaching room it's opposite of that reviews. Rooms are Good, View from Balcony is also Too Good. Room incharge Vishnu also helpful. Negative thing is , We booked 2 cottage, in one Geyser is not working, and TV plug point is Loosen.They need to Look into it to Get 5/5 Review frm All. Thank you. 😊

Images say everything. Worst experience with family. It is very difficult to reach there. No facilities are mentioned in the description . Sheet, pillow, and rooms are disgusting 🫣 😑

Recently take a two room at star holiday days, i have facing Very worst experience. Rooms are dirty and have bad smell also, Toilet flesh is not working, At a time of booking the room the staff says Cooking facility is there and have fridge etcc.... But actual is fridge is not working properly, Only have 4 Plates and 5 glass only in kitchen setup. And also Not even provided a single towel. We are 6 members team then we are asking towel then only given 2 towel at night 1 am. Also poor service. I never expect this type of service from the resort. Don't recommend anymore.

There are two bedroom cottages are available.both are with toilet.... View from the rooms are ok....the cupboards in the rooms are not cleaned .The coats in the rooms are broken and annoying sounds...

Overall worst The way to the cottage is horrible Reaching the cottage is very difficult Once you reach the place, it is an utter disappointment.. Very poorly cleaned rooms.. Full of insects.. No drinking water. TV not working.. parking also difficult.. They ask the amount once you check in.. Doesn't fit for family. Overall worst experience with insects in the room.

DO NOT BOOK THIS STAY IF YOU ARE PLANNING A DESCENT STAY!!!!! 1.Way to the hotel is like off-road and difficult to drive 2. Parking also difficult 3. Staffs will be there only to collect money and they are not at all helpful 4. They collected money and left the hotel after giving a contact number 5. Rooms are not cleaned, No working geezer,bedsheets not washed, bad smell inside rooms, mat was fully dirty, inside room full of insects, broken glass on teapoy, shelf not good, not even a single towel etc etc etc 🤬🤬🤬🤬 Photos added for reference.... I recently stayed at Star holidays resort and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendly staff who were more than willing to assist me in any way possible. The lobby was beautifully decorated with elegant and modern furnishings, the check-in process was a breeze, and my room was extremely spacious and well-appointed.
