Please dont choose this resort. Its not worth a single penny. We were 16 members. We all stayed here with the guidance of an agency called white trip. They made us fool saying this is near town. And the road is also good. And many more. The road is very worse.The view and the ambience is good only outside the rooms. Rooms are not hygienic and not clean. We had to see cockroaches and other insects. And the food price is too high. But the staffs were good they really made us comfort.

Our stay at this property was absolutely wonderful!!! Value for the money paid . From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with with warm smiles and exceptional service , making us feel welcomed and right at home . The team deserves all the praise for their friendliness and professionalism, always ready to fullfill any request with genuine care and attention. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, with a decor that offered a sense of calm and relaxation. The restaurant provided a delightful variety of delicious dishes and the quality of the food was outstanding . Everything was meticulously arranged, adding to the enjoyment of our stay . Special mention to the manager Mr. Thomas . I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with service that goes above and beyond expectations.

I travelled with my family to this place and it was as expected. The place had a wonderful scenic beauty and the morning view gave us a good energy . It was a bit disappointing about the way to reach there but all were rectified with the behaviour of the staffs and the the service provided by them . We really enjoyed the stay . As the name says it is really heaven . As the climate supports it a lot. Thankyou 7th heaven for making our holiday a wonderful one.

I recently stayed in this resort in Wagamon and had an extremely disappointing experience. The road leading to the resort was in terrible condition, more like an off-road track that only vehicles like a Thar could handle. Small cars would struggle to make it through. The agent had assured us that the road was good and newly maintained, which was a blatant lie. When we arrived and expressed our dissatisfaction, the owner spoke to us very rudely. He even suggested to leave if we didn't like the place, which was unreasonable given that it was already late and finding another place was not feasible. Additionally, the agent lied about the pool facilities. He promised that each cottage would have a separate pool and there would be an indoor pool as well. None of this was true. The only positive aspect of our stay was the courteous and professional behavior of the staff. However, this did not make up for the numerous disappointments and deceptions we encountered. I would never recommend this resort to anyone.

7th Heaven is a marvelous resort located a little way out from Vagamon town, offering a truly peaceful atmosphere. The road to the resort, around 2 km, is a bit off-road, but it’s manageable and definitely not a deal breaker. The property manager, Thomas, was incredibly helpful and professional, ensuring everything ran smoothly during our stay. The room was spacious with beautiful interiors, and we enjoyed stunning views of the landscape right from our windows. The bathroom was spotless—kudos to Deepu, the maintenance in charge, for the excellent upkeep. The resort also features a large pool and a spacious dining area. Chef Abin prepared a fantastic dinner for us; the food was outstanding. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend 7th Heaven for anyone looking for a serene retreat in Vagamon.

Totally value for money, nice ambiance, scenary, mist presence,Neatness & cleanliness,Nice breakfast Neat pool, Friendly and neat behavior of staffs, Road is narrow and a bit offroad at end but can drive slowly no problem, only one negative chicken povided(dinner)was very hard, and that was not an issue, was coincidental I think. Regarding road if you are an experienced driver its easy. But as a high altitude area one must expect offroad and drive carefully.

We had a group Booking at this resort for 2 days. Google search leads to an agent, and they have agreed to take the quote for room reservation. They have given a competitive price and we fixed this deal. Once we reached the resort, there is no option for food as we have to choose from there itself. As we are a group, we enquired about buffet food and the owner quotes a price of 600 / head for single day buffet. Their veg/non veg dish costs ₹ 350 average. We ordered some ala carte dishes ( 1 common rice for veg/non veg members, 1 veg curry (costs 350), 1 non veg curry (costs 350), machine chapathi (20/pc) and we asked the staff/ owner to reduce the price of dishes as we ordered bulk. Our room occupancy was 3 shared basis. Here comes another issue as if they provide us an extra bed, they would be charging another ₹800/night for an extra bed. After discussion we fixed the extra bed charges to 250/night. For 3 people, the resort kept only 1 liter of water bottle. Extra bottles will be charging ₹25 (MRP is 20 only). No towels are kept for the extra person, no toiletry kits available. On final settlement, our total food bill comes around 27k. And there is no reduction/discounts given in price. When we spoke with the owner, he started to talk about his loss making resort business, leasing out the property next month.. etc.. As a guest, we don't want to hear these kinda stories. Verdict - there are more resorts available in ullupunni with a great view. Not recommending this resort to anyone includes group.
