A Wonderful Stay at The Highlander We are a group of five couples who stayed at The Highlander, and it was an absolutely amazing experience. The standout aspect of our stay was the hospitality of the staff – it was exceptional and truly appreciated. The rooms were clean, neat, and very comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. The food provided was delicious and exceeded our expectations. We also enjoyed the pool, which was well-maintained and added to the overall experience. In summary, it was a wonderful experience for all of us, and we highly recommend The Highlander to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay!

Wonderful stay! I booked two rooms and they were as spacious as they could come. Totally clean and well maintained! Surroundings are very scenic and beautiful. Staffs were very cordial and welcoming! Food was deliciously served and on time too! They made sure every aspects of our stay is tailored according to our needs! Would not hesitate to book Highlander again!

"We had the most incredible stay at The Highlander in Vagamon! The mountain views from our room were simply breathtaking. We spent hours sitting on the balcony, watching the mist roll in and out. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the food was delicious. We can't wait to come back!"

It was a wonderful stay. We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days with family . The property is neat and clean. The location and the view is really good.The staff’s Shefeek( Manager), Akhil and Jomon were cordial and friendly. They offered top quality service. Swimming pool is well maintained. Food quality is very good. They even arranged Off road ride as per our needs. Overall experience was very good.

The Property is located in the midst of the Tea Plantation of Vagamon. The Aesthetics and Room offered were decent and service response was also good. There are few points we wanted to put across for your side to understand and make the corrections accordingly: 1) We took the honeymoon suite room which I believe it is the expensive and the highlight room of all. View from the room was really good. Before alloting us the room your team had forgotten to replenish and provide few items like shower gel, bathroom tissue rolls, face towels, waste bin in the toilet, hand wash, etc. These are basic things a hotel should always keep an eye on. I had to whatsapp your team to bring these items upstairs. 2) Before booking the honeymoon suite I had informed the manager clearly my wife was carrying. We were informed that food cannot be allowed in our room. There is a dining table in our room and there are three windows in three directions of the room which gives a good cross ventilation with the wind so there is no chance of food smell getting trapped. Two times I had to speak to the manager to get the food served to the room that too for a pregnant woman who cannot walk the entire steps downstairs to the dinning area and climb up to the room again. There is something called Humanitarian consideration if at all food is not permitted generally. In every single stays in vagamon- food is permitted in the rooms. No where in your forms, bookings and in your property it is written and mentioned food service to room is not permitted. 3) Pool is not maintained properly as attached photo I had taken. 4) For the price point , the breakfast and its quality is just average and not a wow. Please change the menu, try to add more items and improve the taste quality atleast if the no of items is less. Yes, I understand the rules are set from your end and people taking the room are accepting your conditions for the stay but please show attention to the basic replenishment necessities in the room which comes under your scope and show a gesture of kindness for guests coming with special conditions that will earn a value for your property. I hope you will not take this review personally and rather take this opportunity to correct these short falls.

Six of us stayed for two nights . Had a good experience. The location of the resort and the views are really very rare to get. Such a beautiful location.! Rooms are well planned with great views. Cleanliness is appreciable and the room inventory are great. Saffique and his team are dedicated, responsive and they take all possible efforts to make the stay memorable. Food is simple and homely. Prepared elsewhere nearby, brought and served. Wash rooms are clean, modern and well maintained. Suggestions Hot water for bathing: There is a common geycer. When everyone takes bath at the same time, you don't get hot water. Pl install individual geycers in the room. Visitors plan your bath! Supplies: Though kettle is provided, whitener (milk powder) not supplied. Tea bags and coffee powder are not adequately provided. Pl carry some whiteners, tea bags etc. No undersheet for the quilt is provided. If added it would be a good addition for hygiene of the guests.

This resort in Vagamon is one of the top spots! I was really happy with their service. The prices are a bit on the higher side, but overall, it was a great experience. The staff, especially Shefeek and Akhil, were super polite and friendly. Thanks for the awesome service.

The secure and safe environment of this resort will always have my heart. I have recommended that others visit highlander once, and I can assure you that they will never regret it.
