Winter Crystal resort

I had booked a room for my family last year with them. I had booked room for 2 days and had paid an advance of 1000 rupees. But unfortunately our trip got cancelled and i had to cancel the booking and they had promised me to give me the refund of 1k which i paid as an advance. They told they will give tye refund on August 30th 2023 but its September 20th, 2024 now and still haven't received any refund. Please try to avoid this place as their service and the value they have for their guests is really bad. Im adding the screen shot of the entire chat.

Hi, It was a wonderful trip at Vagamon for the last 3 days. We enjoyed a lot. Especially the resort ambience and stay is good, rooms are clean, service is really good. Local sightseeing is organised by the resort owner, he is completely supportive and well organized our trip. Thanks Nithin cheta 🙏. Climate is good.
