This place is not worth the money we paid. For 2 nights, they charged us ₹23,000. The place is poorly maintained, the rooms are tiny and some of the rooms dont even have a ceiling fan. The biggest bedroom in the house has a fan that has no air coming from it even at full speed. Water is definitely an issue and it even ran out in between. The lady who prepares the dishes is the only good thing about this place. She is a great cook and can prepare local dishes to your liking. The person running the place is also a nice person and that is the only reason I’m giving this place a 1 star. The location is great too but they really need to work on the issues at the earliest. This place also offers great views.

This adobe is a perfect place for a quiet weekend gateway. Beautiful property, the best part of this property is, it is completely isolated from the hustle of the city, and is slightly on a mountain top, which gives a beautiful nature view. The care takers are very good, and the in house cook food is too good. Kerala paratha with beef fry is a must try here. The evening sunset view from this place is something not to be missed at all. Overall a very good place to be with family or friends.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this resort for anyone visiting Wayanad. The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Grande vista is located just in the lap of Mother Nature. You just sit and relax and refresh yourself. The view of the river and mountains was awesome and the food is quite decent.

The rooms were clean and there's Wifi and a TV too. The view was the highlight of the place, it's amazing. The caretakers were really good, catered to all our needs including barbecue, campfire etc. The food provided was also excellent. Will definitely recommend it.

Building was very old and risky, especially for children.. bedrooms were in pathetic condition and I have no words to describe the dirty water came from the wash basin upstairs.. they should have atleast checked everything before handing it over to the guests! I'm glad that I could even enjoy the rain inside the building as the roof had leakage ☺️ The view of the river and mountains was awesome and they have provided decent food ! No complaints in that! But overall experience was not even touching the least expectation and not worth the money !

Rooms are very stinky, Mosquito nets on windows are all damaged, whole house is with spider webs, Stairs to get to first floor is dangerous to climb. zero cleanness, care taker is unresponsive most of the time. needs lot of repairs as its very old house and not maintained at all. We booked for 3 nights but couldn't stay one night.. we had to move to hotel room.
