Worst resort experience ever – Dirty, broken, and un-editable foodI highly recommend looking elsewhere. Our stay was a disaster from start to finish. There was no water supply in the taps, but the bathroom floor was constantly filled with water. The room received absolutely no cleaning or housekeeping. To top it off, the complimentary breakfast was completely uneatable and unhygienic. Complete waste of money and terrible service.

It is situated at remote area. A very small property of 8 to 10 rooms at remote location. Rooms can be considered good but no basic amenities provision. Even TV are not operational. Service is worst as no one bother about your request or need.

This beautiful hotel, nestled in the mountains, is spacious. The rooms are spacious with large windows that allow you to enjoy the daily sunrise. We stayed here for two days. It's a lovely hotel, nestled among greenery and offering a tranquil atmosphere. The hotel staff is also very friendly.

We recently stayed at Nature Cloud Resort in Munnar, and it was a wonderful experience. The room service was excellent and the staff were very cooperative, polite, and always ready to help. The location of the resort is truly beautiful. It is surrounded by mountains covered with lush green trees, creating a peaceful and refreshing natural atmosphere. Waking up to such scenic views made our stay even more special. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and we would happily recommend this resort to anyone visiting Munnar who wants to enjoy nature along with comfortable hospitality.

Prabul who was managing their was too friendly and provide us all types of details. Services were good and made our stay comfortable. Our room was premium category which had scenic views so check always your room before booking.
