⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay and Wonderful Hospitality We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at the resort. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us in a very warm, polite, and professional manner. Everyone was friendly, respectful, and always ready to help, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable. The staff hospitality was one of the highlights of our stay. They were courteous and attentive throughout our visit, and we genuinely appreciated the way they treated the guests. The food was also very good, with good taste and quality. What I particularly liked was that the food was available at a very reasonable and affordable price, which made it even better considering the overall quality. The cleanliness and maintenance of the resort were well taken care of. The rooms and common areas were clean and properly maintained, giving us a comfortable and pleasant environment throughout our stay. Overall, everything from the welcome, hospitality, cleanliness, food, and service was well managed. The entire stay was smooth and enjoyable, and we left with a very good impression of the resort. A special thanks to the entire team for their polite behaviour, warm hospitality, and excellent service. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to visit again in the future. Clean and well-maintained resort with spacious rooms and very reasonable room rates compared to other resorts. The staff were extremely kind, hospitable, and always ready to help instantly. Food was good and the pool was clean too. Only minor issue was that the mountain view from the balcony was partly blocked by trees. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay!

Well during our family visit we got good rooms with beautiful view , the food was average at best. The staff and the manager were very helpful and kind , they were available to assist us and even organized a jeep for sightseeing. The food really needs to improve and the kitchen staff needs to be increased as well as when we were ordering food , they took more than 20-30 minutes to serve us, one last thing is the staff needs to learn English as well because it will be easier to understand the customer's needs. However its a nice visit if you are on a budget.
