Munnar Tea Hills Resort

We visited this resort in Munnar a few months ago and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, well-maintained, and spacious. Since we were a group of four, the double bed was not sufficient for everyone. However, the management kindly arranged extra beds and blankets for our comfort, which we truly appreciated. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, with a variety of delicious dishes and different menu items offered each day. The dining hall was pleasant, and the food was consistently tasty and the view was excellent from the dining hall.. The staff and management were very responsive and provided prompt service whenever we needed anything. A quick call to the front desk was all it took to get assistance. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. The comfortable rooms, delicious food, scenic views, and excellent customer service made our visit truly enjoyable. I would recommend this resort to anyone planning a stay in Munnar!

We had a wonderful experience at Munnar Tea hill Resort!. The overall service was excellent, the food was delicious, making our stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to Shruthi and Harish for their excellent hospitality, polite behaviour, and friendly nature. Their warm and helpful attitude made us feel truly welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. We sincerely appreciate the entire team for their outstanding service and for making our experience memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay! We would love to visit again. Make my review more specific and natural.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, well taken care off. Service is top notch. The staff not just ensured we have a good stay in the hotel but also helped us with recommendations on where to go, how to go and useful tips only locals can give. Only thing to note is that the last strech of 200 metres to the hotel is a bit steep, however that wasn't a problem for us since we had taken local taxi for travel. Overall it's a good clean and spacious property where you can have a comfortable stay while exploring munnar.

Am very much impressed and now obsessed too with this place 🥰 I mean just wow 😍 the place the room cleaning the management scenery view and the most lovely things is the staff🤩 they all are very helpful very understanding. Am obsessed now I enjoyed everything the kids zone play area and all little things . I must say this is the best place in Kerala 🥰 these three days are most lovely memorable day of me and my family 🤩 now the at the last but not least a staff member her name is shruti is such a sweet person helpful. One of the best stays in Munnar, highly recommended This was genuinely one of the best stays we've had in Munnar. The property's location and atmosphere are great — perched on a hilltop, easily motorable, and conveniently close to nearby viewpoints and restaurants. The rooms are spacious — almost more than we expected, you get a cottage btw. The property is around 12 years old, so the mattresses and curtains could use an update, but that's really the only downside. The bathroom was very clean and hygienic, and the room came with all the essentials, including a kettle and a small fridge. A special mention to Mr. Mani, who was fantastic — always ready to help with anything we needed. We had a great time chatting with him about the property, local lifestyle, and more. Surbhi at the reception was also very polite and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would recommend this place anytime, especially considering the price. If they could update the mattresses and curtains, and add modern sofa seat covers in the rooms, it would take the experience from great to the best in the area.
