The resort is situated right next to Palakkayam Thattu. Two walls of the room feature floor-to-ceiling glass fitted with curtains. From the room, one can enjoy soothing views of the swimming pool below and the valley stretching out for kilometers. Although there is no on-site restaurant, good food can be ordered from outside. The absence of a TV in the room is a definite downside. Overall, however, it is a great place to stay for those visiting Palakkayam Thattu.

Had a great experience at the resort with a warm and welcoming service throughout our family stay. The view from the resort is breathtaking and the swimming pool is clean and whole family enjoyed it.Friendly staff always there to support with anything that we needed.

Had a great stay at Chillax … ambience, view n d cool breeze were all excellent… v took 2 rooms, they were neat n clean but size wise it wasn’t worth d price especially the room named Writer’s desk.. though there wasn’t a great spread fr breakfast whatever served was tasty. Staff were courteous n polite… A morning walk to the nearby viewpoint was the highlight of the stay.
