KARAR GARDEN THEKKADY

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are good with a great balcony. I like the interior of the room, especially the wooden cupboards. Also, there are a lot of pictures in the hotel which gives you good feel. The restaurant is adjacent to the hotel and they also provide room service at free of cost. The breakfast was good, but limited options. The security guard was very friendly and helpful. Overall, a very good experience.

Great service and location of the property. Mr. Syed has a great knowledge about the places nearby and within Kerela, he really helped a lot during rush weekend to book a Gavi safari and trekking. Had a great experience to visit the ancient Kalari and Kathakali programs.

It is an average hotel. Despite the name including “Garden,” there is no garden at the property. The location is good, but the hotel lacks basic facilities. The rooms are smaller than shown in the pictures. We booked a king-size bed room, but were provided with a queen-size bed instead. Breakfast is just average, with only 2–3 options such as bread and pudi. The restaurant serves good food, but the menu options are very limited.

Beautiful and clean place with amazing service. The food was awesome, and the staff took great care of us. Highly recommend Karar Gardens for a comfortable stay in Thekkady.
