It's a nice place, but the route to reach there is not crazy. See the route not location before booking. But any way location is pleasant and good view during morning. Try to book only premium.

Very Bad service from the owner and workers . They even judged as for our look , very rude behaviour from the owner. The kitchen was very dirty and the kitchen sink was leaking and water was every. The route for the place is crazy. Very disappointing for their service.

One of the worst resort experiences I’ve had. The service was extremely poor, and the way the staff communicated with and treated customers was highly disappointing. There was a complete lack of professionalism, proper communication, and basic hospitality. Whenever we raised a concern or needed assistance, there was very little willingness to help. Instead of making guests feel comfortable and valued, the overall attitude made us feel completely ignored. A resort is not just about the location or facilities — customer service and hospitality matter just as much. Unfortunately, this place failed badly in that area. I genuinely regret choosing this resort and would not recommend it to anyone. Management seriously needs to improve their customer service and staff behaviour.
