An absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The food was exceptional, delicious, fresh, and prepared with excellent hygiene standards. The staff deserves special appreciation for their warm hospitality, professionalism, and outstanding service. The hotel is beautifully maintained, and the location is excellent and very convenient. Overall, it was a flawless experience with absolutely nothing to complain about. No complaints, no negative comments, just a perfect stay and a truly memorable experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great food, excellent service, hygiene, and a fantastic location! 🌟

We stayed for 2 nights and had booked directly through WhatsApp. At the time of booking, we were informed that a cottage room was reserved. However, when we arrived, we were told that only a deluxe room had been booked. I tried contacting the person who handled the booking, but there was no response despite multiple attempts. When I reached out to other staff members, I was simply asked to adjust. Finally, I explained the situation to the resort manager, who understood the issue and kindly arranged a cottage room with a balcony and beautiful view for our entire 2-night stay. I really appreciate his support and customer-focused approach. There were a few power interruptions during the stay, but the resort has a generator backup, so it wasn't a major problem. We slept well and thoroughly enjoyed the weekend. The food was tasty and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The only minor downside is that the property is located a little away from Munnar town, but that was manageable and also adds to the peaceful environment. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and thanks to the manager's assistance, our stay turned out to be memorable. Would recommend this resort for a peaceful getaway.

Minus - 5 rating, poor than terrible : Very disappointing|Poor experience with this hotel. During the rain, water entered the room and collected on the floor. My luggage was almost wet.|even expert come: problem unsolved, |Food: qualility not good, service worst experiance. |not enough space in dinning area and not clean. |The jet spray had very low water pressure, and the toilet flush was not working properly, making the stay uncomfortable.

Great view from private balcony. Comfortable bed. Good pool. Needs some touch ups in the room (no plug for bath tub and stained sheets). Service was good for the most part. Breakfast was decent.

Resort is good, staff is very cooperative and decent. Rooms are nice and clean. Swimming pool is good. Besides,badminton, carrom, guitar and karaoke music syatem is available for extra activity and entertainment. The only drawbacks is it is located about 12 kilometers away from Munnan twon and you can't visit any nearby place by walking. If you love nature the place is best and quite.
