Skyes Glamping Resort Munnar

The location of Skyes Glamping Resort is truly beautiful, surrounded by scenic views that give you the perfect Munnar experience. We also enjoyed the jeep safari organized by the resort — it was one of the highlights of our stay.||||However, the maintenance of the property leaves a lot to be desired. The bathrooms had poor ventilation, and the bed sheets were stained, which was disappointing. Breakfast was the same every day with no variety, which quickly got boring. We also opted for the barbeque, but unfortunately, the chicken served was very dry and overcooked.||||Overall, while the location and activities were great, the resort seriously needs to improve its cleanliness, food quality, and maintenance to offer a better experience.

We had an absolutely amazing cousins’ trip to Munnar, and our stay at Sky Glam was one of the highlights of the entire journey. The property is truly a hidden paradise, surrounded by breathtaking mountains, lush greenery, and a peaceful atmosphere that instantly makes you feel relaxed. The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and designed to blend beautifully with nature while ensuring complete privacy and security. The hospitality and service provided by the staff were exceptional, making us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The swimming pool was clean and refreshing, with stunning views of the surrounding landscape. The trekking experience was unforgettable, allowing us to explore the beauty of Munnar up close and enjoy some spectacular scenery. In the evening, the campfire created the perfect setting for our group to relax, share stories, and make lasting together. If you’re planning a Munnar getaway, don’t miss this hidden gem. Highly recommended!

I stayed on this property on 21 & 22 of aug 2026. Overall an okayish experience. Felt little priced for what we had. The property is good and we stayed in their elevated hut. The room has a great view and surrounded with lots of cardamom plants. About the room , can improve on the cleanliness. No water heater available. No wifi. There is network available, but not that strong. So planning for workation will be difficult. Also had issues with water availability. There is an off-road jeep trekking to reach the property which was short but fun!! There is a common pool. Not that big but okay for 10 people at a time..we didn’t had any separate timings and not that cleansed😬😬 The whole property has a 2km trekking available which felt good 🙌🏻 So, will I choose this property again, maybe !! If they improve on the cleanliness and water heater for the price range!!!

Great location, but the experience was completely ruined by broken promises, poor service, dirty facilities, and severe pest issues. * Broken Transport Promises & Rude Staff: Promised a jeep transfer for the off-road trail to reach the property, but were informed last minute that the road was blocked. They offered luggage assistance for the 400-meter uphill trek, but no one showed up, forcing us to carry all our bags and other luggages ourselves. The caretaker's attitude was cold and dismissive when confronted. * Unhygienic & Smelly Rooms: The room had a foul, stale odor, giving the impression that it hadn't been opened, aired out, or cleaned for months. * Inadequate & Dirty Washrooms: For a group of 8 people, only 1 of the 2 washrooms was unlocked. The single accessible bathroom had no working lights and was dirty, requiring us to explicitly ask the staff to clean it. * Misleading & Filthy Pool: Advertised as clean and blue in videos, but in reality, it was small, dirty, and filled with green water. * Severe Pest & Snail Infestation: Major issues with cockroaches and snails inside the property. It was so unhygienic that we literally had to remove snails from the drinking glasses before using them. While the location itself is good, the complete lack of maintenance, basic hygiene, and host hospitality makes this property impossible to recommend.

I had an amazing stay at this resort, with a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings that made it perfect for relaxation. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The food was delicious, and everything was well organized, making the overall experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s a perfect place for a getaway, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a refreshing break.
