Had an absolutely wonderful stay at Zehna Resort, Anachal, Munnar! The property is beautifully located, offering breathtaking views that make the stay truly special. The rooms were cozy, impeccably clean, and comfortable, making it easy to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The swimming pool was spotless and very well maintained, and we had a great time relaxing and enjoying the beautiful ambience around it. The breakfast deserves a special mention—it was delicious, fresh, hygienic, and offered a lovely variety of options to start the day on a perfect note. 🍽️ Overall, it was a memorable and relaxing experience. The combination of beautiful views, comfortable rooms, cleanliness, great food, and warm hospitality made our stay truly exceptional. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and refreshing getaway in Munnar!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Zenha Resort. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the food was delicious and hygienic. The resort offers beautiful views of the hills and mist, making it a perfect place to relax. The staff were very friendly, responsive, and professional. Special thanks to Prakash for his sincere efforts, positive attitude, and excellent service. I also appreciate the hard work of the entire team. Overall, Zenha Resort is an excellent choice for both family and friends' trips. Highly recommended!

Had booked 2 bedroom villa for 1 night stay with family. Stayed on 1st Nov'2019. Villa is luxurious and very well maintained. View from balcony is beautiful. In the morning, tt took quite some time (around 10 minutes of open tap with running water) to get hot water in the taps. We had dinner and Breakfast at cottage. It was hygienic, though not spicy enough to our Indian taste. Rooms are very comfortable and lavishly furnished. Overall our experience was good and would like to stay with bit more attention for service in future.

We stayed for 3 nights, the overall experience was decent. Staff behaviour is very polite and respectful. The property is clean and easily accessible. However few concerns which needs attention 1. Bed bugs - the first alloted room had bed bugs (which was mentioned in the review and upon inspection it was there so we didn't occupy that room) But the staff allotted another building which was good. Though the room was alloted to someone else. They need to get the pest control done which is lacking despite multiple reviews. 2. Hot water supply is irregular if being used by others guests -Manageable 3. Complimentary breakfast can be improved wrt choices - limited menu but taste is good. Overall good experience and hostility except that bed bugs thing.

First thing that impressed me is the hospitality, the staff were smiling, patient and helping throughout our stay. All rhe rooms have a mountain view, if you are coming in with a family consider the suite room. Very satisfied with all amenities provided at the hotel. The food and the complimentary breakfast was on point. Check in and check out are seamless and it is located close to dreamland munnar, best for families with kids. Must recommended from my side.
