A very special mention goes to Chef Jijesh, whose dedication and commitment to guest satisfaction exceeded all expectations. He not only ensured that we enjoyed delicious meals throughout our stay but also took great care of guests and the overall restaurant experience with genuine warmth and professionalism. One gesture that we deeply appreciated was his personal assistance in helping us get our car up the steep hill leading to the resort. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was neat, comfortable, and offered a beautiful mountain view that made the experience even more relaxing. Everything from the dental kits, shower caps, towels, soap, moisturizer, kettle, TV, WiFi, and other amenities was perfectly arranged and impressive. All room services were available, and the in-house restaurant was excellent. The food was absolutely amazing, and they also provided quick room service dining, which made our stay even more comfortable. Special thanks to Chef Jijesh for the delicious dishes and wonderful hospitality. Overall, it was a memorable and peaceful stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, scenic views, great food, and excellent service!

We had a wonderful stay at Deshadan Resort, Munnar. The rooms were clean, the amenities were well maintained, and the food was consistently good throughout our stay. What really made the experience special was the warm and helpful staff. A special thanks to Chef Jijesh, who went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable. He even personally drove us down the hill to where our van was parked, a gesture that truly reflected the resort's hospitality. Highly recommended if you're looking for a peaceful stay with genuine care from the team.

Up in the clouds and breathtaking! our room was simple and clean but the view was just the best thing ever, except we missed the sunset as the days were very cloudy. The food was well prepared and Chef cooked what was pre-ordered. For this simple hotel, I think for the price, we had a very good deal.
