I stayed at this resort in Wayanad with 18 of my friends, and unfortunately, our overall experience was very disappointing. The rooms were not properly clean, and the level of hygiene was far below what we expected. The breakfast served in the morning was also not sufficient for all 18 of us. Considering that we had booked rooms for a large group, we expected enough food to be available for everyone. The most concerning issue was the swimming pool. After using the pool, several people in our group experienced burning sensations and skin irritation on different parts of their bodies, which we believe may have been caused by excessive chlorine in the water. This was a serious concern and definitely not something we expected from a resort. Overall, the cleanliness, food arrangements, and swimming pool maintenance were very disappointing. The management needs to pay much more attention to basic hygiene, guest safety, and proper service. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend that others think carefully and check recent reviews before booking this resort. Very disappointing experience and definitely not worth the money

I am writing to formally complain about the poor service and inappropriate behaviour of the staff during my recent stay at Wild Mount Resort. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The service provided was not up to the expected standard, and the behaviour of the staff was particularly concerning. As a customer, I expected courteous communication, proper service, and a comfortable stay, but my experience was quite the opposite. I request you to kindly look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action regarding the service and staff behaviour. I would also appreciate a proper response explaining how you intend to address.

Extremely Disappointing Experience Honestly, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I came with genuine expectations, but the food, service, and overall experience were deeply disappointing. What hurt the most was the lack of proper attention and care towards customers. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience genuinely left me upset. A restaurant should make customers feel welcomed and valued, not ignored and disappointed. Definitely not an experience I would want to repeat or recommend to others.

Disappointing experience. The rooms were not clean, the food quality was below expectations, and even the breakfast was insufficient for our group. Several of us also experienced skin irritation after using the swimming pool, which raised concerns about its chlorine levels and maintenance. Overall, the resort needs significant improvement in cleanliness, food quality, and pool maintenance. Expected much better for the price
